PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high thermal conductivity fully thin cured product which does not stain an area outside the application area and does not exude oily matter even when used over a long time and to provide a thermally conductive silicone grease composition which gives the cured product when cured. SOLUTION: The thermally conductive silicone grease composition is one comprising 100 pts.mass (A) organopolysiloxane having at least two Si-bonded alkenyl groups in the molecule, such an amount of (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two Si-bonded hydrogen atoms in the molecule that 0.1 to 5.0 Si-bonded hydrogen atoms in component (B) is present per alkenyl group in component (A), 100 to 2,200 pts.mass (C) thermally conductive filler, an effective amount of (D) a platinum catalyst, and an effective amount of (E) an addition reaction inhibitor, wherein component (C) contains above 90 to 100 mass% indium powder having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 100 μm. 본 발명은 상어표피를 모방한 저마찰 부재 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 판상형 입자 표면에 구형의 입자가 부착되어 이루어진 복합입자를 겹겹이 적층시킴으로써 리블렛이 형성된 상어 표피와 유사한 구조체를 구현하고 이를 통해 우수한 저마찰 특성을 갖도록 한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 기판과; 상기 기판 표면에 비늘 형태로 겹겹이 적층된 판 상형의 입자와; 상기 판상형의 입자보다 작은 크기를 갖고 상기 판상형의 입자 표면에 대하여 다수 코팅된 구형의 금속 윤활입자로 이루어져, 상기 금속 윤활입자가 상기 기판과 판상형의 입자 간, 판상형의 입자와 판상형의 입자 간을 연결하는 브릿지 형태로 배치된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract:
Compositions for lubricants and methods for producing the same using spherical bismuth powder and spherical copper powder particles are disclosed. In at least one embodiment, the lubricant includes a base oil, a grease, a copper powder, comprising at least one spherical particle, and a bismuth powder, comprising at least one spherical particle. The lubricant can be used as an engine oil, a gear oil, a grease lubricant, or a spray lubricant. When applying the lubricant to an internal combustible engine, the heat and pressure within the engine compresses the lubricant to infuse the copper and bismuth powder particles to the internal surface of the engine. When used in internal combustible engines, the disclosed lubricants deliver outstanding wear resistance, improve gas mileage, extend interval times needed for oil changes, and also reduce engine exhaust emission.
