The purpose of the present invention is to provide a non-motorized conductive movable weir to enable users to naturally open or close a floodgate according to the water level, although a manual method using a hydraulic cylinder or a motor requires users to manually operate the hydraulic cylinder or the motor to open or close the floodgate. The present invention increases use efficiency and enables users to efficiently open or close the floodgate by allowing them to naturally open or close the floodgate according to the water level without using a separate power source such as hydraulic cylinder.

The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly method for purifying polluted river water by primarily discharging clean river water having a great specific gravity using a triple acting multipurpose water purification movable weir system functioning as a fishway. The present invention as an environmentally friendly method for purifying polluted river water by forming a natural fishway to maintain a full water level inside a floodgate; and to subserve the breeding activities of creatures including fishes which aim to move to the upstream of a river for breeding activities by opening the bottom of the floodgate and forming a fishway at all times.

A water purification and multipurpose operating sluice (700) helps animals and plants inhabiting a river, amphibians, and fishes move to the upper region and the lower region of the river. The water purification and multipurpose operating sluice is used to naturally form the fishway.

The present invention relates to a device for opening/closing a multi-functional water gate installed at lakes, reservoirs, or rivers, capable of preventing the damage generated when the water gate is unintentionally opened caused by the malfunction of a hydraulic device as the operation opening/closing the water gate is suppressed by controlling the rotation of a second arm with a stopper. When the relatively small amount of water is discharged, an upper water gate is slid downwardly so that the operation of a main water gate and a driving unit is not required. The first arm and the second arm are connected so that the driving force of a hydraulic cylinder is delivered to the water gate and the operation of the driving unit is stable. According to the present invention, the device comprises: the water gate in which a rotary shaft formed at the lower end of both sides is connected to a driving unit housing and is installed to be rotated; the first arm fixed to the rotary shaft of both sides of the water gate; a link stand installed to be rotated as one side end is connected to the first arm; the second arm connected to be rotated to the end facing the link stand and installed to be rotated to a bracket fixed to the bottom of the driving unit housing; and the hydraulic cylinder installed by the bracket on the bottom of the second arm and the driving unit housing.

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly construction method for implementing purification of polluted river water by using a sluice with a long span for blocking the total cross section of a river, forming a fishway, forcibly generating a substance cut-in effect, a substance pushing effect, and a substance separation effect which are normally generated by the effect of gravity is provided to firstly discharge the water of the low layer in a water storage space, together with pollutants such as sedimentation sludge, thereby naturally purifying polluted water. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly construction method implementing purification of polluted river water by using a sluice with a long span for blocking the total cross section of a river; forming a fishway; forcibly generating a substance cut-in effect, a substance pushing effect, and a substance separation effect which are normally generated by the effect of gravity is as follows. A W-shaped sluice plate is continuously bent in the lateral direction, combined with a fixation bar, and connected to vertical supports (90,91) with a fixed interval. Multiple inflow blocking plates are equipped on the entire front sided in the lateral direction of the sluice plate. Solar cells (300) and a general control system which is operated by DC electricity produced by the solar cells are installed in a machine room. The sluice is stood or turned over by the operation of a hydraulic system.
