Abstract: PURPOSE:To optimize the relation of phase without readjustment of wiring length even when the characteristic of a timing extraction circuit is in dispersion with each device by applying automatic adjustment of the phase between a data signal and a clock signal in an identification regeneration circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the trailing of a clock signal 34 is delayed by t with respect to the leading of an equalized amplification signal 32, an up-down counter 23 catches a high level state of the clock signal 34 at the timing of leading of the equalizing amplification signal 32, a count output 36 is incremented by 1, converted into an analog value 37 by a D/A converter 24, inputted to a phase variable circuit 25, and a control voltage of the phase variable circuit 25 is increased by V. Thus, the relation of the phase of the clock signal 34 and the equalized amplification signal 32 approaches an optimum point. The identification regeneration circuit 22 applies identification regeneration of the equalizing amplification signal 32 based on the clock signal 34 adjusted to the optimum point automatically to output an identification regeneration data signal 38.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To form a densely sintered body from powder by the synthesis including he highly efficient synthesis and chemical reaction of a high pressure phase material by subjecting a sample container and solid material to an shock compression while >=1 kinds of diagonal shock waves are generated by the effect of the shock waves or bombardment shock waves. CONSTITUTION:The solid material 4 extending in the axial direction is subjected to the shock compression by utilizing the shock waves generated by the collision of a high-velocity flying object 8 obtd. by utilizing the explosion of explosives 7 or the bombardment shock waves generated by the explosion of the explosives. The outside surface of the sample container 6 packed with the material 4 or the inside surface of the flying object 8 consist of >=1 planes having the positional relation to become perpendicularly diagonal to the arbitrary plane or curved surface in the vertical or horizontal direction running the central axis of the cylindrical explosive container 5 packed with the explosives 7 or the surfaces which include the curved surfaces having the tangents to become perpendicularly diagonal thereto or the composite surfaces thereof. While 11 kinds of the diagonal shock waves are formed upon the container 6 and the material 4 by the effect of the shock waves or bombardment shook waves, the container and the material are shock-compressed. As a result, the high-pressure phase material is highly efficiently synthesized.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To form an energy flow approximate to light velocity by controlling the radiation of chemically stored energy by using a magnetic field or electric field. CONSTITUTION: The max. energy flow is formed by the energy radiated from a reaction front 7 where the energy is propagated surely at a velocity higher than 10 km/s within a material of the ample energy. The initiation of the reaction, the propagation of the reaction front and the energy radiation from the reaction zone are directly or indirectly obtd. by the electric field or the magnetic field and/or electromagnetic waves, i.e., photons. The photons are not thermally equil. with the reaction material and are, therefore, mostly propagated at light velocity in a preferable case. For example, the mixture of the reaction material is housed into an elongate reaction vessel 1 and the reaction is initiated by making a photon beam 5 incident on the vessel 1. The shock waves of the photons are created in an arrow 6 direction through the front wall 7. A target to be subjected to the bombardment of the photons is mounted at the front part of the front wall 7.

Abstract: An apparatus for producing high pressure comprises a multi-die system (1). Each die (2) is made up of two cooperating parts arranged along a longitudinal centerline (3) of the die (2), one part being a working body (4), the other being a base member (8). The working body (4) is also made up of two parts in the direction essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal centerline (3) of the die (2), the parts being a central insert (21) and an encircling ring (22) both arranged coaxially and capable of relative displacement towards a test sample (7). The surface area of an end (23) of the central insert (21) of the working body (4) approximates to or less (in this case less) than the surface area of the central portion (18) of an end (11) of the working body (4). An end (5) of the working body (4) is arranged for direct cooperation with a solid medium (6) which is plastic under pressure and serves to surround a sample (7) being tested. An end (9) of the base member (8) faces a die driving means (10) common to all dies. The space between other opposing ends (11 and 12) of the working body (4) and the base member (8) is filled with a solid medium (13) plastic under pressure. The surfaces of the ends (11) and (12) are provided with identical annular grooves (14 and 15) respectively, the grooves being filled with a solid medium (20) plastic under pressure.
