PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing fermented tea is provided to improve sanitary of the fermented tea from pathogenic bacteria, and to improve flavor and taste by microorganism after fermenting green tea with food microorganism. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing fermented tea comprises a step for preparing Bacillus sp. Strains; stabilizing the Bacillus sp. Strains, and a step for fermenting the stabilized Bacillus sp. Strains in tea leaves. The Bacillus sp. Strains is separated from the fermented food. The Bacillus sp. Strains is Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus pumilus, Bacillus sonorensis, or Bacillus subtilis.

PURPOSE: An external use skin composition for skin whitening, containing Hibiscus cannabinus is provided to suppress malanogenesis without causing side effects and to ensure a skin whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for skin whitening contains 0.001-20.0 weight% of Hibiscus cannabinus extract as an active ingredient. The Hibiscus cannabinus extract is isolated using ethanol, normal butanol, diethyl ether, or an aqueous solution thereof. The external skin composition for skin whitening is used in the form of a lotion, astringent, cleansing cream, cleansing form, cleansing water, pack, powder, body lotion, body cream, or body essence.

PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing Machilus thunbergii extract is provided to suppress wound healing, skin regeneration, cell activation, and inflammation-mediated factor generation. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for wound healing contains 0.0001-15 weight% of Machilus thunbergii extract as an active ingredient. The composition suppresses prostaglandin generation in replicative senescence cell model. The composition suppresses cytokine generation, NF-kappaB activation, and MMP-1 generation by UV ray in HaCaT cell line.

PURPOSE: A mild composition for a external skin application with weak acid conditions for reducing a skin irritation property is provided to maintain the antiseptic ability while reducing a skin irritation by a chemistry antiseptic substance. CONSTITUTION: A mild composition for a external skin application is controlled with pH into 3.0~5.5, therefore capable of reducing the content rate of a chemistry antiseptic substance by 20~100%. The composition uses alpha hydroxy acid including glycolic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid or tartaric acid as a pH adjusting agent. The composition is capable of using as a dosage form of a base make-up material including a face lotion, a facial cream, a face pack, and hair gel, a cosmetic material including a foundation cream, a mascara, and an eyeliner, and a medicine material including all kinds of ointments.

CONSTITUTION: A medicinal herb liquid for germinating plant seeds contains Prunus persica (L.) Batsch, Prunus armeniaca var. ansu Maxim. or siliceous sinter. The medicinal herb liquid further contains green tea. A germinating plant seed extract is obtained by immersing plant seed in a medicinal herb liquid and germinating. The plant seed is seed of Phaseolus angularis, Sesamum indicum, Coix lacryma-jabi L. var., or Raphanus sativus. The composition contains 0.001-30 weight% of germinating plant seed extract.

PURPOSE: A granular cosmetic formulation and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to stabilize unstable active ingredient and inform dissolution time of a soluble active ingredient to consumers. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a granular cosmetic formulation comprises: a step of mixing soluble active ingredient of powder type and thickener to obtain mixture powder; a step of dissolving the thickener in a solvent; and a step of forming granular particle by spraying the thickener solution to the mixture powder. The soluble active ingredient is arbutin, kojic acid, adenosine, coenzyme Q10, vitamin C, or glutathione. The thickener is xanthan gum and poly-gamma-glutamic acid. A granular cosmetic formulation contains soluble active 10.0-70.0 weight% of ingredient, 5.0-50.0 weight% of thickener, and 5.0-40.0 weight% of excipient.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition containing decursin is provided to enhance the number of epidermal keratinocyte stem cells(KSC) and ensure anti-aging. CONSTITUTION: A composition for proliferating epidermal keratinocyte stem cells contains decursin as an active ingredient. The decursin is obtained from Angelica gigas Nakai ethanol extract or Angelica gigas Nakai supercritical extract. The Angelica gigas Nakai ethanol extract is obtained by adding ethanol, stirring and removing solvent. The Angelica gigas Nakai supercritical extract is obtained by preparing micro powder, and purifying using silica gel column chromatography. A cosmetic composition and a pharmaceutical composition for anti-aging contain a composition containing decursin as an active ingredient.
