PURPOSE: A water purifier using electrolysis capable of controlling applied voltage automatically according to flux variation of inflow water is provided to offer economical efficiency of ionized water stably. CONSTITUTION: A water purifier using electrolysis capable of controlling applied voltage automatically according to flux variation of inflow water includes an electrolysis part(1) having a first electrolytic bath and a second electrolytic bath. The first electrolytic bath is divided into a first acidity water production electrode chamber(12) and an alkaline water production electrode chamber(13). The second electrolytic bath is divided into a second acidity water production electrode chamber(23), a strong alkaline water production electrode chamber(24) and a weak alkaline water production electrode chamber(25). An inflow line of the electrolyte part includes a flow sensor(33) and a control part(39).

Water for maintaining freshness of marine products are provided to store the marine products in a fresh state for a long time by suppressing the decomposition of marine products, and a method for maintaining freshness of marine products using the water for maintaining freshness of marine products is provided. Water for maintaining freshness of marine products comprises alkali ion water having a pH range of 7 to 10 produced from the cathode by electrolyzing deep seawater. The electrolysis is performed for about 7 to 13 minutes. A method for maintaining freshness of marine products comprises using the water for maintaining freshness of marine products to increase the freshness of the marine products. The water for maintaining freshness of marine products is in a frozen state.

A water softener is provided to increase the amount of soft water without performance degradation, by using a guide member covering the outer circumference of the porous electrode. A deionization part(20) includes the porous electrode(30) laminated to plurality. A chamber(10) mounts the porous electrode. A guide member(40) is installed at the chamber, and guides the water current so that the water amount flowed in into a plurality of porous electrode spaces be increased. The guide member guides fluid flow between the outer circumference of a plurality of porous electrodes and inside of the chamber. The deionization part includes the porous electrode laminated to plurality. The guide member guides the fluid flow while rotating according to the outer circumference of a plurality of porous electrodes.

An electrolysis tank of a sodium hypochlorite generator includes the following units. A body of an electrolysis tank(21) includes front/rear covers. A dilution brine supply pipe supplies dilution brine to the body. A sodium hypochlorite ejecting pipe(25) ejects sodium hypochlorite generated in the body. An electrode plate(23) is installed in an electrode chamber of the body. A controller(26) controls the electrolysis tank.

An electrolysis apparatus is provided to enhance the electrolysis efficiency outstandingly by treating recalcitrant materials in sewage and wastewater by electrolysis, and mechanically removing scale generated on a cathode due to the ion adsorption using disc type electrodes during the electrolysis. A non-fouling electrolysis apparatus applicable to wastewater and sewage treatment comprises: a bottom plate(1); two side plates(2,2') vertically installed on the bottom plate; a front plate(3) and a rear plate(4) installed on front and rear parts of the side plates; an inlet(5) formed on the front plate, and an outlet(6) formed on the rear plate; a plurality of partition plates(7) vertically inserted into a plurality of slots(2001) to divide an inner part surrounded by the above plates into a plurality of space parts such that sewage or wastewater passes through the space parts, the slots being formed on inner portions of the side plates; disc type electrodes(8) with a negative polarity and fixed flat plate type electrodes(9) with a positive polarity alternately installed in one of the space parts divided by the partition plates such that the disc type electrodes and the fixed flat plate type electrodes are spaced apart from each other to electrolyze the sewage or wastewater, the disc type electrodes being rotated oppositely to the effluent flowing direction; and a scraper(20) installed on top parts of the disc type electrodes to remove scale.

An ion water purifier is provided to be safe in the hygienical aspect and look good in the visual aspect without inconvenience in taking in strong acidic water through a drainpipe. An ion water purifier(100) comprises: an extraction pipe(120) for extracting ion water ionized in an electrolyzer(1); a drainpipe(130) for draining other ion water ionized in the electrolyzer; and a channel changing unit installed on the extraction pipe and the drainpipe to change a channel such that strong acidic water can be extracted through the extraction pipe. The channel changing unit includes: a first connecting pipe(160) connected from the extraction pipe to the drainpipe to drain the ion water through the drainpipe by allowing a first channel conversion valve(162) to convert ion water flown in the extraction pipe to the drainpipe; and a second connecting pipe(180) connected from the drainpipe to the extraction pipe to extract the ion water through the extraction pipe by allowing a second channel conversion valve(182) to convert ion water flown in the drainpipe to the extraction pipe, wherein ion waters flown in the extraction pipe and the drainpipe are changed with each other before discharging the ion waters into the outside.

A method for removing nitrate nitrogen from wastewater and sewage is provided to improve the efficiency in electro-chemical reduction of the nitrate nitrogen, by performing electrolysis using a lead brass plate as a cathode. Sulfamic acids are continuously inputted into a mixing tank(10), where raw water is received, by interlocking a nitrate sensor(11) and a first pump(12) with each other. The raw water containing the sulfamic acids is inputted into a pH adjusting tank(20). Acids are automatically inputted into the pH adjusting tank by interlocking a pH sensor(21) and a second pump(22) with each other. The raw water containing the acids is transferred to an electrolyzing tank(30) in a natural flowing type or by a pump. The electrolyzing tank(30) contains inflow flange, discharging flange, drain, a brass plate and a non-soluble electrode. The raw water is denitrified and discharged, through electrolysis using a lead brass plate and a reactor for inducing up-flow and down-flow of water.

A ceramic electrode for water treatment, a method for manufacturing the same, and an electrode apparatus using the same are provided to reduce the power consumption of the electrode and increase the decomposition rate during an electrolyzing process of wastewater. An electrode apparatus(10) comprises a plurality of ceramic electrodes(1), a frame(3) for receiving the ceramic electrodes in a single-layer type, and a fixing mesh for fixing the ceramic electrodes. Each of the ceramic electrodes includes a ceramic base material, and a coating layer formed on the ceramic base material. The coating layer is formed of compounds, which include Ir compound, Ru compound, and Sn compound as main components, and include at least one selected from Ti compound, Mo compound, Ta compound, and Zr compound.

An electronic mineral alkaline water ionizer having a kaolin diaphragm, which can improve quality of electronic mineral alkaline water by increasing thickness of a diaphragm part such that a high voltage can be applied to an electrolyzer, thereby reducing the cluster size of water and enabling a pH value of water to be adjusted to a range of 1 to 13, is provided. An electronic mineral alkaline water ionizer(100) having a kaolin diaphragm comprises: a tap water sedimentation filter(1) for purifying water to produce electronic mineral alkaline ion water; a filter(2) for filtering again the water that has been filtered in the tap water sedimentation filter; a Salicornia herbacea tank(10) which is connected to the electrolyzer and includes a Salicornia herbacea housing and Salicornia herbacea contained in the Salicornia herbacea housing; and an electrolyzer(50) including a housing in which a housing inserting part is formed to contain water, a diaphragm part which is formed in the center of the housing inserting part, and in which a diaphragm inserting part is formed to contain water, and an electrode part having a positive electrode disposed in the housing inserting part and a negative electrode disposed in the diaphragm inserting part, wherein the Salicornia herbacea is contained in the Salicornia herbacea housing such that a weight ratio of water flown into the Salicornia herbacea housing to the Salicornia herbacea is 5:1.
