Abstract: PURPOSE: An exposure system for forming a reticle and a method for manufacturing the reticle are provided to manufacture a reticle having various shapes of pattern without deflecting an electron beam by moving a second aperture plate. CONSTITUTION: A blank reticle(32) coated with a photosensitive layer is loaded. A second aperture plate(20) is moved so that an electronic beam passing through a second aperture for a first pattern and maintains the optical axis of the electronic beam passing through a first aperture(14a). A photosensitive film is exposed using the first electronic beam passing through the second aperture for the first pattern to form a first exposure pattern(40a). The position of the second aperture plate is changed so that the electronic beam passes through the second aperture(22b) for a second pattern and its optical axis is maintained. The photosensitive film is exposed using the second electronic beam passing through the second aperture for the second pattern to form a second exposure pattern(40b). Abstract: PURPOSE: A semiconductor package with shielding can surrounding outside thereof, is provided to reduce the electromagnetic interference of all direction, thereby improving the reliability of movement. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor package comprises a base plate(100a), semiconductor chips(200a,200b,200c), a shielding can(300a), through electrodes, and heat slug. The base plate comprises a plurality of wirings(101,102,103,104). The plurality of wirings comprises ground wiring. The semiconductor chips are electrically connected to some wirings among the plurality of wirings. The shielding can installed on the base plate and surrounding at least one semiconductor chip. The shielding can electrically connected to at least one wiring. The shielding can surrounds the outside of base plate. The shielding can comprises soft magnetic material which contains at least one component among ferric oxide, nickel, zinc, manganese, cobalt, magnesium, aluminum, barium, copper and iron. The shielding can comprises a metal layer, a soft magnetic material layer, and insulation attaching layer. The through hole is expanded along the vertical direction of the base plate, and electrically connects the shielding can and the ground wire. The heat slug is formed on the shielding can.
