Abstract:
A V-ribbed belt that includes a ribbed surface covered with fabric is provided. The fabric is stretchable in two predetermined directions. A method for manufacturing the V-ribbed belt is also provided. The method includes placing a belt matrix about a mandrel, placing a fabric about the external circumference of the belt matrix which wraps around the mandrel, placing the mandrel inside a shell having a plurality of grooves on the internal circumference, expanding the belt matrix and the fabric toward the internal circumference of the shell and thus pressing the fabric onto the internal circumference having the multi-ribbed structure, and curing the belt matrix with the fabric. The fabric is stretchable to accommodate itself to the multi-ribbed structure.
Abstract:
A method for refining a hemp bast fiber is provided to remove pectin from the hemp bast fiber effectively, by using commensal microorganisms having performances of degrading pectin of the hemp bast fiber. A heating cable(120) for supplying heat is installed at a reactor tank(100). An injection pipe(130) is installed on a bottom surface within the reactor tank, wherein the injection pipe has plural injection nozzles(132). An outside air compressor(140) is connected to the reactor tank. A hemp bast fiber is submerged in a commensal microorganism culture fluid(110) within the reactor tank. The commensal microorganism culture fluid and the hemp bast fiber are stirred for 24-36 hours so that pectin of the hemp bast fiber is used and removed as feed for commensal microorganisms. Herein, a temperature of the reactor tank is maintained at a temperature of 25-30°C by the heating cable and oxygen is intermittently injected to the culture fluid by injection nozzles of the injection pipe. The commensal microorganism is White-rot fungus, Blue-green algae or Micrococcus roseus.

PURPOSE: Fiber processing chemicals for removing poisonous substances and a fiber with a function of removing poisonous substances added to a cellulosic fiber system by the same are provided to permanently remove poisonous substances. CONSTITUTION: Fiber processing chemicals for removing poisonous substances include a β-cyclodextrin derivative. The fiber processing chemicals are coupled with a cellulosic fiber system fiber. The β-cyclodextrin derivative is made of at least one of β-cyclodextrin with a cyanuric chloride substituent, β-cyclodextrin with epichlorohydrin substituent, or a β-cyclodextrin derivative with a citric acid substituent.
