PURPOSE: A channel estimation device and a method thereof are provided to reduce influence based on a small channel tap by applying a weight value to an estimated channel coefficient. CONSTITUTION: A first channel response estimation unit(110) estimates a first channel impulse response from a reception signal. A weight calculation unit(120) determines a weight value applied to each channel coefficient by using the first channel impulse response. A second channel response estimation unit(130) estimates second channel impulse response by applying the weight value to the first channel impulse response. The weight calculation unit includes a correlator. The correlator calculates a correlation value by using the first channel impulse response. PURPOSE: A depth sensitivity controlling method, an apparatus thereof, a terminal including the same, and an operation method are provided to detect a user location based on a depth sensor and to control depth sensitivity of a three-dimensional image which is rendered according to the detected user location. CONSTITUTION: A color and depth image obtaining unit(10) obtains a color and a depth image of a user. A user location detecting unit(70) detects a user location based on the obtained image of the user. A depth sensitivity controlling unit(80) calculates the range of the maximum depth and the minimum depth in a three-dimensional image.
