The detachable moving unit is movably coupled to the bearing unit and the cover unit to be detached from an attaching/detaching groove(31) of the mounting bracket while being moved by elastic force. The elastic member is arranged between the cover unit and the detachable moving unit to provide the elastic force for moving the detaching moving unit.
