본 발명은 산란 착색 안료의 흡광 계수 및 산란 계수의 결정에 사용하기 위한 산란 착색 안료의 특성 확인 방법을 제공하며, 상기 방법은 복수의 상이한 체적 분율들에서 산란 착색 안료와 실질적으로 비-흡광성인 산란 안료와의 혼합물의 반사 스펙트럼을 얻는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 실질적으로 비-흡광성인 산란 안료는 0.6 ㎛ 초과의 입자 크기를 갖는다. 또한, 산란 착색 안료를 특성 확인하기 위하여 본 발명의 방법을 수행하도록 조정되는 안료 특성 확인 시스템이 제공된다.

본 발명은 이방향성 컬러 정합을 처방하는 방법, 시스템 및 컴퓨터 제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서, 컴퓨팅 장치(18)는 목표 이방향성 컬러의 스펙트럼 측정값을 획득한다. 컴퓨팅 장치(18)는 이방향성 컬러 처방 툴(36)을 이용하여, 목표 이방향성 컬러의 스펙트럼 측정값에 정합하는 스펙트럼 측정값을 생성하는 안료, 염료 및 판상 안료의 조합을 결정한다.

PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a method for performing functions of the mobile terminal are provided to supplement execution of a function using color information obtained through a color sensor. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal(100) includes a communication unit(110), a color sensor(141), and a controller(180). The communication unit provides an internet access function. The color sensor senses color information of an external object. The controller accesses a search function providing web site through the communication unit. The controller transmits the color information of the color sensor to the web site to execute the search function while the controller accesses the web site.

An object is to represent the difference of colors of a vital tooth and a tooth sample in a highly precise manner and to compare the colors in a relatively easy manner. The invention provides a dental colorimetry apparatus including a shade-guide-information storage unit configured to store acquired image data of a tooth sample and colorimetric information of each pixel acquired on the basis of the acquired image data; a pixel extracting unit configured to acquire reference colorimetric information used as a reference when carrying out a comparison with the vital tooth, to compare the reference colorimetric information and the colorimetric information for each pixel of the tooth sample, and to extract pixels whose comparison results satisfy a predetermined condition; an image-generating unit configured to create a sample comparison image in which a third pixel group including pixels extracted by the pixel extracting unit and a fourth pixel group including pixels that are not extracted are represented by different colors; and a display device configured to display the sample comparison image created by the image-generating unit.

A system for determining hair color treatment, including a processor. The processor is configured for: receiving as input an initial spectrum of a sample of hair, the initial spectrum having a wavelength range; calculating a new spectrum of the hair due to a hypothetical hair color treatment as a direct function of the initial spectrum; and outputting data to a device, the data being based upon the step of calculating. The system also includes a spectrum analyzer configured for producing the initial spectrum and a display device configured for displaying a color and hair color treatment instructions based on the data. An alternate embodiment of the invention includes a color mixing device configured for dispensing a hair color treatment based on the data.

An image processing system which is applicable to, in this case, a dental treatment, and which images, when a patient' (59) denture is to be produced, the dental part of the patient (59) while a plurality of lighting LEDs respectively having different wavelengths are being emitted by an imaging device (1A) to capture image data. The image data is transmitted to a dental filing system (2A) serving as a treating device, where color reproduction data is determined by computing. The color reproduction data is further sent to a dental laboratory (55) over a public telephone line. In the laboratory, a porcelain blending ratio calculation database (56) is searched to obtain denture porcelain blending data that matches the hue of the dental part of the patient (59), whereby a denture very close in color to the patient' (59) teeth is produced.

The present invention provides a colour recipe calculation method for matt finished, solid colour shades, by means of which it is possible to determine the proportion of matting agents in a colour recipe in a manner decoupled from the actual calculation of the recipe and is based on a conventional spectrophotometric characterization of a matt sample using a standardised 45°/0° measurement geometry along with an established gloss measurement, or alternatively using a spectrophotometer equipped with a d/8° measurement geometry and analyzing readings taken with the specular component included and excluded.
