Abstract: 본 고안은 스팀 발생 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 하나의 스팀 발생장치를 이용하여, 서로 간섭을 받지 않고 서로 독립적으로 2부분에서 스팀을 발생시켜 이를 이용할 수 있도록 고안된 스팀 발생 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 스팀 발생장치는 본체의 내벽과 외벽 사이의 상부 및 하부에 격벽을 설치하여, 서로 간섭을 받지 않고 서로 독립적으로 2부분에서 발생되는 스팀을 이용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 하나의 스팀 발생장치를 이용하여 2부분에서 독립적인 스팀을 발생시킬 수 있으므로 스팀 발생 효율을 높일 수 있고, 서로 독립적으로 스팀이 발생되기 때문에 스팀 발생 압력이 낮아지는 것을 방지할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: 본 고안은 스팀을 이용한 껌 제거기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 물을 끊여 발생된 스팀과 껌을 용해할 수 있는 용해제를 지면에 붙어있는 껌에 분사하여 자동으로 지면에 붙어있는 껌을 제거함과 동시에 자동으로 오물질을 흡입할 수 있는 스팀을 이용한 껌 제거기에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 스팀을 이용한 껌 제거기는 스팀과 약품을 지면에 붙어있는 껌에 분사함과 동시에 회전 브러쉬를 이용하여 껌을 기계적으로 제거하고, 진공흡입을 통해서 제거된 껌 잔류물 등의 오물질을 자동으로 흡입하기 때문에, 간단하고 간편하게 껌을 제거할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 노동력이 절감되고, 작업효율이 높다는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A steam generator is provided to generate steam by using hot exhaust heat from an engine and to wash a vehicle by using the generated steam. CONSTITUTION: A steam generator is installed between an engine and a muffler. The steam generator generates steam by using hot exhaust heat from a manifold of an engine and boiling water. Many partitions are alternatively installed inside a body of the steam generator to sufficiently generate a thermal exchange of exhaust gas. The body comprises a double structure to flow in water through a water inflow pipe between an inner wall(24) and an outer wall(25) of the body and to discharge the water outside through a steam discharge pipe after changing to the steam through the thermal exchange. Thereby, the waste of energy is prevented and the energy is saved.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A power transmission device of a generator for a vehicle is provided to supply electric energy quickly, simply, and safely regardless of time and place, to cut down on expenses, and to get electric energy of high power with low power. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission device of a generator for a vehicle comprises a PTO(Power Take Off) device(12) selectively outputting power generated from the engine, and a generator(30) taking driving force output from the PTO device and producing electricity. A primary pulley(21) connected with the driving pulley(13) fixed to a driving shaft(15) of the PTO device and a secondary pulley(22) connected with a slave pulley(31) fixed to a slave shaft(33) of the generator are fixed on a rotating shaft(23). The rotating shaft is inserted on the top of a supporting plate(26) with placing a sleeve(25) between a pair of shaft supporting units(24) formed in one with the supporting plate, to be rotated. RPM(Revolution Per Minute) ratio of the primary pulley to the driving pulley and RPM ratio of the slave pulley to the secondary pulley are each 1:1.5¯3 ratio. The structure is simplified by installing the power transmission device to the body in one with the generator, and the expenses is reduced and electricity of high power is obtained with low power.
