PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency fastening device for vehicle track using ladder type sleeper that repairs bolt breakage by carrying out construction at a bolt broken part without replacing a ladder type sleeper.SOLUTION: The emergency fastening device comprises a fastening piece comprising: a base plate 2 which has means for fixing a rail to an upper surface and is inserted between the rail and a longitudinal sleeper; and means for fixing the base plate 2 to the longitudinal sleeper 22. As an embodiment, the device comprises a pair of fastening pieces 1, 1a, and the fastening pieces 1, 1a each comprises: a base plate 2 which is inserted between a rail 21 and a longitudinal sleeper 22; means 7 of fixing the base plate 2 to the longitudinal sleeper 22; rail fixing means 15-18 installed on the base plate 2; and a coupling lever 4 which has a connection plate 3 atop, and extends horizontally from the base plate 2. The pair of fastening pieces 1, 1 have connection plates 3 connected to each other with an insulator 5 interposed between them, and are fixed over between longitudinal rails 22.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road rail type overhead wire maintenance vehicle capable of being carried into the working site and carried out and reciprocating on rails between a crossing and the site by a hydraulic drive using a proprietary battery as power source, where no engine is used, and thereby suppressing ultimately the noise emission when the vehicle is carried in and out etc. SOLUTION: The working vehicle is of truck type and is equipped fore and aft with tyre wheels 5 and 5a for running on a land road and iron wheels 6 and 6a for running on railroad rails and also with a turntable 7 in the middle part, wherein the rear tyre wheels 5a are driven by an engine and function as driving wheels on the road 1 and rails 2, while the front iron wheels are operated by an oil motor in a hydraulic circuit driven by a battery and function as driving wheels on the rails 2, whereby a changeover running is made practicable in selecting between running with the tyre wheels 5a on the rails 2 and running with the iron wheels 6. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track-road type overhead wire measuring vehicle in which the height to a pantograph is sufficiently low when the pantograph for measurement is folded without any trouble when the vehicle travels on an ordinary road, and the position of the pantograph is easily adjusted before the pantograph is brought into contact with an overhead wire during the measurement. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt for repairing a turnout or the like and a repairing method using it, which facilitate a repairing work involving replacement of a dog spike to make the work trouble-saving, improve the efficiency of the repairing work, prevent a noise when a train runs since loosening of the bolt after the work is prevented to the utmost, and extend its maintenance cycle. SOLUTION: The bolt comprises an anchor 1 and an outer cylinder 8 for covering the anchor 1 leaving a part of it uncovered, while the outer cylinder 8 is made of a material softer than the anchor. The anchor 1 has a male screw part 3 at its upper part for screwing a fixture nut 6, and has an expansion/opening function part at its lower part. The outer cylinder 8 has a form fitting into a draw hole of the dog spike in a sleeper. The lower part of the outer cylinder 8 also expands and opens out in keeping with the lower part of the anchor 1 which expands and opens out, so that the outer cylinder 8 may break into a wall surface of the draw hole.
