Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder sleeper for ballast, which can surely and effectively inhibit displacement of a ladder track by making the ladder track possess sufficient longitudinal resistance of the ballast, and the ladder track for the ballast, using the ladder sleeper.SOLUTION: A longitudinal resistance member elongated downward is integrally disposed on an undersurface of a longitudinal beam 2 and/or an undersurface of an end closure beam 3. Thus, longitudinal resistance of ballast in a longitudinal direction of a railroad track is increased. For example, the longitudinal resistance member is a concrete protrusion 11, a reinforcement 12 protruded in a U-shape, a rubber pad 13, or pieces 14-16 of shape steel, which are bound to an insert, embedded in the undersurface of the longitudinal beam and/or the undersurface of the end closure beam, by means of a bolt 17.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crossing system of a bridge structure, simple in constitution, allowing an unskilled person to easily and quickly construct, producing galvanic action preventive effect expected due to bridge structure, having no limitation on kind of a sleeper and a construction place, and constructed by utilizing the existing equipment as it is. SOLUTION: This crossing system of bridge structure includes: a gauge inner plate 1 press-fitted between inner belly parts of a rail 22 through an elastic body; a crossing support plate 5 attached to both end parts of the sleeper; and a gauge outer plate 2 press-fitted between the support plate 5 and the outer belly parts of the rail 22 through an elastic body as a constitutive unit, wherein the support plate 5 is formed of a back plate 6 and a fitting frame 7, and put on and fixed to the end part of the sleeper 21, and the outside surface of the gauge outer plate 2 is supported by the upside of the support plate 5 through an elastic body. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for eddy current examination capable of always keeping lift-off between the probe and a measuring object constant, acquiring an action effect similar to the case of holding vertically without intentionally holding the probe vertically, and thereby quickly performing accurate and precise measurement without requiring any skill in an eddy current examination work. SOLUTION: This probe has a characteristic wherein the tip part facing to the measuring object is a curved face part 2 and a primary side coil 4 is filled therein, and an air chamber 3 bent along the curved face is provided inside the curved face part 2. The clearance of the air chamber 3 usually has the width of about 1-2 mm, and plays the roll for securing the constant lift-off during measurement. Since the tip part is the curved face part 2, an influence can be avoided in the eddy current direction, and a magnetic field generated by the primary side coil can be utilized effectively. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from permeating into concrete, and to suppress the corrosion of a joint member by making a crack intensively occur by arranging an induction bond at a cross member, and by cutting off the induction bond.SOLUTION: A ladder type sleeper 1 includes: side members 2 made of concrete respectively arranged at the lower side of a pair of rails 5 in a longitudinal direction X of the rails 5; and cross members 3 in which joint reinforcing bars 4 connecting the side members 2 in the longitudinal direction X at each predetermined interval are integrally buried in concrete 25. The cross member 3 is formed with induction bonds 31 along a cross-sectional direction across the whole circumference of the circumferential direction, and the induction bonds 31 are filled with seal materials 32 in a fluid-tight state.
