Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant ferritic steel that is surface-treated with a surface-treating method for steel, which is inexpensive and simple and can improve the water-vapor oxidation resistance. SOLUTION: A substrate has a film of a Cr oxide on its surface, which is formed by depositing Cr on the substrate with shot-peening treatment using a shot material of powdery Cr and preliminarily oxidizing the Cr. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spray an abrasive uniformly onto an entire surface of a workpiece W moving on a rotation track. SOLUTION: A spray nozzle 20 for moving a workpiece on a predetermined rotation trajectory and also spraying an abrasive in a constant quantity is repetitively reciprocated between the outer peripheral line and the inner peripheral line or among the outer peripheral line, the center and the outer peripheral line while controlling a moving speed so that the speed relatively increases toward the center of the rotation trajectory and relatively decreases toward the outer periphery. Such control of the moving speed of the spray nozzle 20 is made to concentrically define the rotation track of the workpiece W into a plurality of regions with an equal area and to cause the nozzle 20 to traverse each region with the equal area within constant time. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blasting method of a workpiece capable of efficiently performing a polishing work and cutting work of a working surface 10 of the workpiece by using the present abrasives and blasting device, without using special abrasives and polishing liquid. SOLUTION: A magnet 80 is disposed on the side of an opposite surface 11 to the working surface 10 of a workpiece, and abrasives containing a ferromagnetic material is jetted to the working surface 10 of the workpiece together with a compressed fluid. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive jet device enabling even an unskilled worker to uniformly execute machining without the occurrence of scattering or the like of an abrasive. SOLUTION: A base 10 of the abrasive jet device, to which a traveling means such as tires 11 are mounted, is provided with: a jet gun 21, which is made to communicate with an abrasive acceleration means (unillustrated) via an abrasive hose 82 and jets the abrasive toward the face to be machined; a jet chamber 30, which stores the jet gun 21 and has an opening part 31 opened in contact with the face to be machined, a suction port 41 opened and made to communicate with the jet chamber 30; and a suction chamber 40, which is made to communicate with an abrasive recovery means (unillustrated) via a vacuum base 84 and sucks the jetted abrasive together with air in the jet chamber 30 via the suction port 41. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for controlling noise in a blasting machine, which method and an apparatus can surely and efficiently reduce or eliminate the noise from a noise generating source using a relatively simple configuration without lowering the workability in the inspection and maintenance. SOLUTION: A speaker 30 is arranged toward the working position P of an operator for operating the blasting machine 50 which is an object to be controlled in the noise control. A noise detecting microphone 10 is arranged on the reverse side of the speaker 30 in the sound travelling direction, and at the position nearer the noise generating source in the blasting machine 50 than the speaker 30. The noise at this position is detected by the microphone 10 as a noise signal. A noise control signal generating means 20 converts the noise signal into a noise control signal having an opposite phase. The noise control signal is input to the speaker 30. Thus, the speaker 30 generates a noise control sound for eliminating the noise by the interference with the noise. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and convenient steel surface treating method capable of enhancing the steam oxidation resistance. SOLUTION: An oxide protective film is deposited on the surface of steel by performing shot-peening treatment of the steel with powder of metal to deposit protective film having excellent oxidation resistance, powder of alloy containing the metal, or the mixture thereof as shot material, depositing the powder element on the steel, and performing the preliminary oxidation in air or in the low-oxygen atmosphere.
