A noise detecting microphone 10 is arranged on the reverse side of the speaker 30 in the sound travelling direction, and at the position nearer the noise generating source in the blasting machine 50 than the speaker 30. The noise at this position is detected by the microphone 10 as a noise signal. A noise control signal generating means 20 converts the noise signal into a noise control signal having an opposite phase. The noise control signal is input to the speaker 30.
