Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity measurement device that can suppress noise components and accurately measure a physical quantity even when impact applied to an interferometer and a change in temperature exist.SOLUTION: A physical quantity measurement device comprises: an interferometer 50 that outputs interference light while output light with a wavelength λ1 output from a wavelength variable type optical sensor 30 and reference light with a wavelength λ2 emitted from a reference light supply source 12 are being made incident thereto; separation means 70 for separating the interference light output from the interferometer 50 into light corresponding to the wavelength λ1 and light corresponding to the wavelength λ2; light detection means 80 for detecting an interference signal from the light separated by the separation means 70; arithmetic means 90 for calculating a physical quantity of the wavelength variable type optical sensor 30 from the interference signal detected by the light detection means 80; and difference arithmetic means 95 that obtains a difference between an arithmetic result of the interference signal of the output light output from the wavelength variable type optical sensor 30 and an arithmetic result of the interference signal of the reference light emitted from the reference light supply source 12, cancels noise components generated in the interferometer 50 and obtains a wavelength of sensor output light.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic flat-plate load testing apparatus for flexibly controlling the load applied to a sinking test ground, reducing the workload of a testing person, and which is able to suppress errors, in a test result, due to the capability and individual difference in the testing person. SOLUTION: The automatic flat-plate load tester 1 includes a PC control means 32 for obtaining data of testing conditions, data detected by a load cell 14, and data detected by displacement sensors 15-18; a PC storage means 33 for holding the data obtained by the PC control means 32; a load control mechanism 70 for controlling a hydraulic jack 13, and the load applied to the test ground G; and a CPU 61 for controlling the load control mechanism 70, in response to the calculation information derived, based on the data held in the PC storage means 33.
