Abstract: PURPOSE: A cleaning valve used as a sluice valve for cleaning pipelines is provided to carry out the insertion of a cleaning polly pig and the stopping of water supply by one-touch type manipulation and simplify the structure of valves by omitting any additional sluice valves. CONSTITUTION: A combined cleaning and water supply control valve for cleaning pipe lines includes a valve main body(2) having an inflow port(6) and a discharge port(7) connected to the pipelines of water supply and drainage systems, a ball valve(3) received in the valve main body rotatably under the state preventing the leakage of water and having a central passage(10) for enabling or disabling the communication between the inflow port and the discharge port, a ball valve operating lever for rotating the ball valve at 90°, and a cleaning polly pig insertion part(5) formed in the valve main body at the upper part approximately perpendicular to a fluid flow center axial line of the valve main body, and many spiral protrusions(8) formed on the inner wall surfaces of the inflow port and the discharge port at regular intervals, wherein the cleaning polly pig insertion part is exposed to communicate the central passage of the ball valve to the outside to be inserted by a cleaning polly pig when the ball valve is rotated to shut off the communication state of the pipeline.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for producing an ocher-coated interior plate material for preventing the cracks and desorption of an ocher layer which is coated on an interior plate material installed on the surface of an indoor living space wall. To this end, in the present invention, fine ocher powder and ceramic powder for compensating for the brittleness of the ocher powder are dissolved and made to permeate into a base material at high pressure, so that the interior plate material is coated while pure ocher is exposed on the surface thereof. In the present invention, ocher powder which is pulverized to have a minute particle size is used as a main material, and ceramic powder for controlling brittleness is used as a sub-material or tourmaline powder is added, so as to be provided to a spraying gun which sprays a flame by means of a combustible gas along with compressed air. Accordingly, when the flame reaches the surface of the base material, ocher and ceramic are dissolved in order to permeate into the surface of the interior plate material at high pressure, so that a film layer is formed at an appropriate thickness and an ocher-coated interior plate material which does not have cracks or desorption can be produced.
