Abstract:
본 발명은 램프 점등시 내부에서 발생되는 열을 효과적으로 방열할 수 있도록 한 엘이디 램프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 엘이디의 조명을 전방 및 측면 사방으로 조명각도를 확산하는 조명확산부를 구비하여 넓은 범위의 조명각도로 확산하게 되므로 주변을 보다 선명하고 밝게 해주게 되며, 상기 엘이디의 발열은 상기 조명확산부 및 공기와의 접촉하면서 열 교환하는 방열부에 의하여 방열하게 되므로, 방열을 신속하게 해주게 되어 상기 열로 인한 엘이디의 열화 및 손상으로 인한 고장을 방지하게 되어 상기 엘이디 램프의 수명을 장구히 할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 엘이디 램프, 방열.

PURPOSE: An LED lamp is provided to diffuse light to a specific direction by installing a groove and a protrusion so that the LED lamp is rotated by a user force. CONSTITUTION: A front side case(11) diffuses the light from an LED to outside. A back case(13) is installed in the back side of the front side case. A circuit board has a case which LEDs are attached inside. A fixing member(5) fixes a holder to a fixture. A rotating member(3) is combined with the fixing member and supports an LED bar. The LED bar a circuit board turning on/off LEDs therein.

An LED module is provided to lengthen a lifetime of an LED by radiating smoothly heat through a metal case installed above an electrical circuit board. A case(100) includes outer walls(101-104) and a bottom surface having a groove(107) formed in one direction. The case is composed of a metal material. An electrical circuit board(200) includes a bottom surface which comes in contact with the bottom surface of the case except for the groove. A plurality of LEDs(203-206) are installed on an upper surface of the electrical circuit board. A resin layer is formed to seal the electrical circuit board except for light emitting sides of the LEDs. An area of the electrical circuit board is smaller than an area surrounded with the outer walls.

A power supply with a case for implementing watertightness and discharging heat is provided to improve a watertight effect by coupling upper and lower cases by stacking sponges and coupling front and rear cases and a wire bushing with a watertight structure. A power conversion device(100) with a case for implementing watertightness and discharging heat includes a lower case(30), an upper case(70), and an electric circuit. The lower case includes a bottom surface(33) and side walls(31,32) which are formed on the bottom surface vertically. The upper case includes a top surface(71) and side walls(72,73) which are installed outside the side walls of the lower case by being bent from both sides of the top surface downward. Two slant concave grooves are formed on one of an outside of the side walls of the lower case and an inside of the side walls of the upper case along longitudinal directions of the side walls. Convex units(76) are formed on the other side and slidingly inserted into the concave grooves.
