Abstract: PURPOSE: An LED lighting circuit using an electronic ballast stabilizer for a luminescent lamp is provided to protect an expensive LED while conveniently installing an LED lamp without an installation of a separate AC-DC converter in a lamp device using the electronic ballast stabilizer for the luminescent lamp. CONSTITUTION: An electronic ballast stabilizer for an luminescent lamp(1) is connected to a bridge(3). A DC power source is supplied to an LED driver(5) from the bridge. An LED is turned on by the DC power source supplied to each LED from the LED driver. An LED lighting circuit is comprised of an LED protection unit, a rectifier unit, a voltage detection unit, and a switching unit. The rectifier unit rectifies a power source outputted from the electronic ballast stabilizer for the luminescent lamp. The voltage detection unit blocks current flow when a voltage in the rectifier unit is higher than an established voltage. The switching unit blocks current flow in the LED depending on a current flowing state in the voltage detection unit.
