A remote terminal unit for trading power to support a multi-master function by using dual channel ring and a management method thereof are provided to establish field control parts in remote sites separately and perform consecutive data communications in optical communications circuit difficulty or specific optical communications module failure. A plurality of ring high speed optical Ethernets(400) in which high speed optical Ethernet communications is used have different transmission channel ring circuits for interior communication. One or more field control parts(520,540,560) is connected and installed in the electric power facilities and is connected to the different transmission channel ring circuit and perform the high speed optical Ethernet communication. A plurality of common control parts(300,320) are connected to an energy management system(EMS,100) in a high position and are connected to different transmission channel ring circuits to the low position and performs high speed optical Ethernet communication with the field control part in case an action mode is 'master'.

A hotswap device of a remote terminal for electricity dealing is provided to prevent system failure due to the data error of a CPU generated when attaching/detaching a board. A hotswap device of an RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) installed at a power plant and a transformer substation includes a board which includes one of a buffer(310) or a memory(320) to connect a system bus. A CPU(100) which is connected to the system bus exchanges data with the memory through the buffer. A step for A detecting/attaching of the board about the system bust is detected. According to the detected result, the buffering function of the buffer is disabled.

A multi-subscriber paging and simultaneous call system and a method thereof are provided to smoothly proceed with a multi-group call between a treatment board and a local feeding part by performing filtering or compensation processing after automatically extracting howling in the multi-group call. A multi-subscriber paging and simultaneous call system comprises a feeding telephone call control part(200), an automatic line switching unit(300), a treatment board(100) and a local feeding part(500). The feeding telephone call control part, which comprises a plurality of feeding telephone lines, records the phone numbers of both ends connected through one of the feeding telephone lines, and checks a multi-group call state between the two ends in real time. The automatic line switching unit monitors whether the feeding telephone call control part works abnormally, and executes automatic switching for the feeding telephone lines connected to the feeding telephone call control part. The treatment board, one of the two ends, transmits a previously created group call request signal to the feeding telephone call control part through a wired/wireless communication line connected with the feeding telephone call control part. The local feeding part is the other one of the two ends. The local feeding part carries out a multi-group call with the treatment board through a multi-group call circuit network connected to the feeding telephone lines by delivering a previously created group call response signal to the feeding telephone call control part in response to the group call request signal so that the feeding telephone call control part can allow the multi-group call.

A system for analyzing operation data of a generator is provided to enhance the stable operation of a power system with facility improvement and operation rule rationalization of the generator by abstracting the measurement of sub service items received to improve the reliability of system operation, performing a precise analysis, and automating monitoring and discrimination. An EMS(Energy Management System)(30) receives effective power, ineffective power, terminal voltage, system frequency, automatic generation control mode, and target vale data from each generator(20). A database server(110) stores/manages reference data and the data received from the EMS. A system operation server(120) analyzes and manages an operation state of each generator in real-time by using the data received from the EMS. The system operation server analyzes governor free response amount, automatic generation control, and real-time reserved and ineffective power by using the received data.

본 발명은 일기예보를 반영한 전력입찰시스템 및 전력입찰방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 시스템은 초기 일기예보를 기초로 한 제1 출력량 및 발전기상태정보를 반영하여 공급가능한 최대전력량인 제1 입찰량을 시간단위로 산정하여 초기입찰을 수행하고 최신 일기예보가 초기 일기예보와 상이한 경우 최신 일기예보를 기초로 한 제2 출력량 및 발전기상태정보를 반영하여 공급가능한 최대전력량인 제2 입찰량을 시간단위로 산정하여 변경입찰을 수행하는 발전서버, 그리고 초기입찰 또는 변경입찰이 수행되면 구매가능한 전력량을 확정하고 확정된 전력량 정보를 상기 발전서버에 전송하여 전력거래를 수행하는 전력거래서버를 포함한다.

본 발명은 여파기를 이용하여 전력계통의 에너지 중화 제어가 가능한 계통운영시스템 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 계통운영시스템은 전력계통의 설비들로부터 전력계통 데이터를 수집하고 상기 전력계통 설비들을 제어하는 전력계통감시부; 및 상기 전력계통 데이터로부터 ACE(Area Control Error) 신호를 산출하고, 여파기(filter)를 이용하여 발전자원별 에너지 저장장치 용량에 따라 상기 ACE 신호의 주파수 영역을 달리하여 자동발전제어 신호를 생성하는 전력계통제어부;를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 발전자원별 에너지 저장장치의 용량 크기에 따라 ACE 신호의 주파수를 달리하여 자동발전제어 신호를 생성하여 발전자원의 발전량을 제어함을 통해 다양한 발전자원의 완전 충전 혹은 완전 방전으로 인한 발산 없이 계통에 참여할 수 있게 되어, 발전자원 운영에 있어 유연성을 증대시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a system for operating a system which enables energy neutralization control of a power system using a filter. The system for operating a system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a power system monitoring unit which collects power system data from power system equipment and controls the power system equipment; and a power system control unit which calculates an area control error (ACE) signal from the power system data and generates an automatic generation control signal by varying the frequency domain of the ACE signal according to the capacity of an energy storage device per generation resource using a filter. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the energy storage device per generation resource can participate in a system without dissipation of the various generation resources, due to full charge or full discharge, by generating the automatic generation control signal by varying the frequency of the ACE signal according to the capacity of the energy storage device per generation resource to control the amount of generation of the generation resources, thereby increasing flexibility in operating the generation resources.

Disclosed are an apparatus and method for outage management in a power system. The apparatus for outage management in the power system includes: a communication unit for receiving the monitoring information of the power system from the power system monitoring device and receiving the outage request information from the power equipment; a converting unit to match the outage request information with the monitoring information of the power system in order to check power facilities requested outage; and a simulation unit performing stabilization simulation of power system including a power control, a power generating control, a contingency event review, a system accident analysis, a restriction review, or an excess stabilization review of the power system by assuming a truce for the power facilities, and generating a truce review data based on a result of the stabilization simulation of the power system.
