Abstract: 휴전 검토 장치 및 방법을 개시한다. 휴전 검토 장치는 전력 계통 감시 장치로부터 전력 계통의 감시 정보를 수신하고, 전력 설비로부터 휴전 요청 정보를 수신하는 통신부, 휴전을 요청한 전력 설비를 확인하기 위해 휴전 요청 정보를 전력 계통의 감시 정보와 매칭시키는 변환부, 전력 설비의 휴전 상태를 가정하여 전력 계통의 전압 제어, 발전 제어, 상정고장 검토, 계통사고 분석, 제약 검토 또는 과도안정도 검토를 포함하는 전력 계통의 안정화 시뮬레이션을 수행하며, 전력 계통의 안정화 시뮬레이션의 결과에 기초하여 휴전 검토 데이터를 생성하는 시뮬레이션부를 포함한다.

Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and method for outage management in a power system. The apparatus for outage management in the power system includes: a communication unit for receiving the monitoring information of the power system from the power system monitoring device and receiving the outage request information from the power equipment; a converting unit to match the outage request information with the monitoring information of the power system in order to check power facilities requested outage; and a simulation unit performing stabilization simulation of power system including a power control, a power generating control, a contingency event review, a system accident analysis, a restriction review, or an excess stabilization review of the power system by assuming a truce for the power facilities, and generating a truce review data based on a result of the stabilization simulation of the power system.
