Abstract: 본 발명은 엘피지(LPG) 차량 등에 설치된 기화기의 내부 압력 상태를 안전하게 검사할 수 있는 테스터에 관한 것이다.
본 고안은, 연료 유입구와 연료 배출구가 형성되고, 이들과 연통된 감압실이 내부에 형성된 기화기의 내부 압력을 측정하는 엘피지 차량의 기화기 테스터에 있어서: 상기 기화기 테스터는 에어공급 게이지와, 압력측정 게이지로 이루어지되, 상기 에어공급 게이지는 공기공급량조절부와, 상기 공기공급량조절부를 통해 유입되는 공기를 차폐시키는 조절밸브와, 상기 조절밸브와 연결되어 기화기의 내부 압력을 수치상으로 나타내는 공기압력계와, 상기 공기압력계와 연결됨과 동시에 기화기의 연료유입구에 결합되는 공기공급노즐로 구성되며, 상기 압력측정 게이지는 감압실 내부로 미세 공기량을 공급하는 미세공기공급부와, 상기 미세공기공급부와 연결되어 기화기 내부 압력을 수치상으로 나타내는 공기압표시계와, 상기 공기압표시계와 연결됨과 동시에 기화기의 연료 배출구에 결합되는 공기배출노즐로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for producing a wire having prescribed true straightness without change of the wire, producing a wire having true straightness by a batch process, constantly maintaining tension applied to a wire at all time and easily controlling a coiling amount of a wire coiled. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing wire having true straightness comprises a raw material supply part(100) comprising a first coiling wheel on which a wire drawing process completed wire(150) is coiled, and which is rotatably installed on a frame through a rotary shaft projected to one side of the frame; a raw material drawing part(200) comprising a dies body having a dies for processing the wire supplied to diameter suitable for purposes, a lead-in hole formed on one side of the dies body, and a space formed in the dies body so that a lubricating material is continuously supplied into the space; a raw material heat treatment part(300) comprising an upper cover and a lower cover in which a heat insulating material is filled, and a heating coil is installed to heat treat the wire in the state that the wire is stretched to a certain value, and a transfer pipe which is installed between the upper and a lower covers, and through which the wire passes; and a wire coiling part(400) comprising a tension control means(410) for coiling the heat treatment completed wire under a certain tension, and a coiling means for coiling the wire discharged from one side of the tension control means while preventing the wire from being overloaded.
