Abstract: Disclosed is a multifunctional 4 roll rolling mill which includes a roller frame and detachably includes an upper roller, a lower roller, a left roller, and a right roller, which respectively include a rolling roll installed on the roller frame to be able to rotate. The rolling roll of the upper roller and the rolling roll of the lower roller are located to be separated from each other in the horizontal direction. The rolling roll of the left roller and the rolling roll of the right roller are located to be separated from each other in the vertical direction. A vertical distance between the rolling roll of the upper roller and the rolling roll of the lower roller and a horizontal distance between the rolling roll of the left roller and the rolling roll of the right roller are adjusted so as to adjust a size of a cross section of a wire to be rolled. When the vertical distance and the horizontal distance are adjusted, an outer circumferential side of one rolling roll always contacts a side of another rolling roll between the rolling rolls which are adjacent to each other in a perpendicular direction.

Abstract: 본 고안에 따른 한방용 침은 가늘고 긴 스테인레스 스틸 또는 강체로 된 침봉의 선단을 연마하여 피부에 꽂을 수 있도록 하는 첨예부를 갖는 침봉과, 그 후단으로 상기 첨예부인 침 일끝단의 대향측에 형성되어 시술자가 손으로 잡을 수 있도록 구성된 파지부인 침병으로 이루어지는 한방용 침에 있어서, 상기 침봉이 침병을 관통하도록 결합되고, 상기 침병 외측으로 돌출되는 침봉의 단부에 합성수지 성형부를 형성한다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 시술자가 손으로 잡을 수 있도록 구성된 파지부인 침병을 침봉이 관통하도록 결합되고, 상기 침병 외측으로 돌출되는 침봉의 단부에 합성수지 성형부를 형성하는 한방용 침을 제공함으로써, 제조가 간편하고, 제조단가가 절감되며, 합성수지 성형부의 형상을 반구 또는 구형상으로 성형함으로써, 시술자가 침병을 잡고 비틀거나 밀어 넣는 등의 시술행위 시 감촉을 부드럽게 하고 손에서 미끌리지 않도록 하여 보다 안정적인 시술이 이루어지도록 할 수 있다.-

Abstract: Disclosed is a wire forming apparatus. The wire forming apparatus comprises a first roll unit reducing the thickness of a wire having a circular cross section; a second roll unit forming the wire of which the thickness is reduced to have a rectangular cross section; a third roll unit forming the wire having the rectangular cross section, which has passed the second roll unit; and a tension adjusting unit for adjusting a tension of the wire. The first roll unit reduces the thickness of the wire by a pair of first upper and lower pressurizing rolls rotating by a driving device, the second roll unit includes a pair of upper and lower guide rolls rotated by friction force with the wire and a pair of left and right preliminary forming rolls, and the third roll unit includes a pair of upper and lower secondary pressurizing rolls rotating pressurizing the wire while rotating by the driving device and a pair of left and right side forming rolls forming sides of the wire with forming protrusions formed on the outer circumferential surfaces thereof.

CONSTITUTION: A wire drawing device comprises a base material feed port(100) and a drawing unit(200). The drawing unit draws a base material provided from the base material feed port.
