Abstract:
Conveyor chain support for an easy to clean conveyor, where the conveyor chain support comprises an outer peripheral sliding surface adapted to glidingly support a conveyor chain in a return path of the conveyor, where the conveyor chain support is adapted to be attached on a transverse axle of the conveyor in a support position and where the conveyor chain support is a single piece comprising a first jaw and a second jaw joining each other at one end and forming a mouth at the other end, where the conveyor chain support is adapted to be attached on the transverse axle through the mouth. In this way, a conveyor chain support hat allows for an easy cleaning of a conveyor is provided for. Such conveyors are e.g. used in the food industry.
Abstract:
High speed transition device adapted to receive objects from a horizontal infeed conveyor belt and to forward the objects to at least two second horizontal outfeed conveyor belts, where the transition device comprises a transfer function and a diverter function, where the transfer function is adapted to group the objects into spaced apart groups comprising a predefined number of objects in a non-stationary fashion, where the time interval between two groups exceeds the change-over time for the diverter function such that each group can be diverted to respective outfeed conveyor belt. The advantage of the invention is that objects can be transferred from one infeed conveyor belt to at least two outfeed conveyor belts at a high speed in a non-stationary fashion such that the objects does not have to stop during the transition. The invention is especially advantageous for sensitive or soft objects or objects having a irregular shape.
Abstract:
Carrier puck (1) for a conveyer system, comprising a non-circular lower body (2), an upper body (3) and an intermediate circular portion (4) connecting the lower body with the upper body, where the rear section (8) of the lower body (2) comprises a concave shape. The advantage of the invention is that such a puck can be used in a conveyor system adapted for circular pucks.
Abstract:
Diverting device (1) for a conveyor system, comprising a housing (2), a diverter wheel (7) rotatably supported in the housing in a bearing means, a diverter arm (10), and a toothed wheel (8) connected to the diverter wheel (7), where the toothed wheel (8) is adapted to be driven by a conveyor chain in a conveyor track. The advantage of the invention is that an object can be moved from one conveyor track to another conveyor track in an easy and cost-effective way. A method for diverting objects which are conveyed along a conveying track is also disclosed.
Abstract:
Conveyor system (8) for transporting cylindrical objects (22), which conveyor system includes one or a plurality of conveyors (12) arranged in a transport path (9), drive means (14) arranged to feed the conveyors (12) and guide rails (11 ) arranged to restrict lateral movement of a cylindrical object (22) transported on said one or more conveyor (12),
Abstract:
Method and blank for manufacturing a curved metal bend element for an endless chain conveying track which comprises a support flange intended to constitute a guide rail for a first side of chain elements forming part of the chain conveying track, and a web from which the said first flange extends, where the said web is intended to provide torsional rigidity in the bend element. The invention also relates to a bend element, bend unit and a conveying track manufactured from such a blank.
Abstract:
Conveyor for light goods, and connection piece for beam sides of a conveyor. The conveyor has a first supporting guide arrangement (10) for controlling the conveyor chain (11) in an operational direction, a second guide arrangement (17) for controlling the conveyor chain in the return direction, and a deflector wheel arrangement (20) (Fig. 3) at both ends of the first and second guide arrangements. The first guide arrangement (10) is made up of beam sides (10a, 10b) which between them form a space which narrows in the direction towards the second guide arrangement (17). A two-part connection piece (12) which has a wedge-shaped element (12a) fixes the position of the beam sides by means of a wedging effect between the wedge-shaped-element of the connection piece and a complementary recess in the second element (12b) of the connection piece. A tensioning bolt (13) inserted at right angles between the plane of the conveyor chain of the guide arrangements generates said wedging effect. Between the beam sides (10a, 10b) there is a drainage gap (15), and the underside of the conveyor chain is protected against contamination by the base part of the second guide arrangement (17) shaped as a U-beam.
Abstract:
Diverter disc for a conveyer system, comprising a circular outer periphery and an grip opening formed in the periphery of the diverter disc, where the grip opening is adapted to hold and divert a puck comprising a circular slide ring at the contact region and that the grip opening is shaped in a non circular 5 shape such that a plurality of discrete contact points are formed in the grip opening. The advantage of the diverter disc is that it will be able to hold the slide ring of a puck in a more secure way due to the reduced contact surface compared with a conventional diverter disc.
