    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-controlled oscillator of higher integration than those of conventional technology, with the size reduced, without changing inductance of an inductor.
    SOLUTION: The voltage-controlled oscillator comprises an oscillating stage, having two coupled CMOS inverters forming a quadrupole with two inputs and two outputs, and two oscillating circuits, placed respectively between the inputs and the outputs of the inverters and each having an inductor. The quadrupole is designed so that the two outputs are in phase. Two inductors of the oscillating circuits are produced by means of MOS technology and are superposed one on top of the other. The region, occupied with the oscillator, can be reduced down to a half maximally, by superposing the two inductors. The oscillator has an amplifying stage, comprising two MOS transistors which are reverse biased to each other. Each gate of the MOS transistors is connected to one of the oscillation stages.

    SOLUTION: In a process for instructing a remote video processing circuit 20 which generates a video stream to be transmitted to a terminal device in order to operate upon the video stream to be transmitted, the process includes the steps of transmitting the instruction from the terminal device to the remote video processing circuit which corrects the video stream to be transmitted, and performing the instruction relating to the video stream in the video processing circuit before transmitting the video stream to the terminal device. The video stream processing instruction can be performed by the video processing circuit 20 including an instruction of specifying an image region of an image contained in the video stream to be transmitted. Besides, the video stream processing instruction is associated with the specification of processing to be applied to the image region.
