SOLUTION: A reaction for the preparation is generally carried out by condensation of a heterocyclic base containing an activated methylene group and an unsaturated bisaldehyde or its equivalent substance in a solvent or solvent mixture at about 20-150°C. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet for planographic printing plate in which the occurrence of striped pattern is prevented by the improvement of the uniformity of rough surface by electrolytic etching and also to provide its manufacturing method and a planographic printing plate. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy sheet has a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.2 to 0.4% Fe, 0.02 to 0.15% Si, 0.001 to 0.01% Cu, 0.01 to 0.1% Zn, 0.005 to 0.1% Mg, 0.003 to 0.05% Ti, 60 to 200 ppm, in total, of trace elements of Pb, V, Ga, Ni, Cr, Mn, Sn, In and Zr, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. Moreover, in the aluminum alloy sheet, the average value of grain size in a direction perpendicular to a rolling direction is made to ≤60 μm. SOLUTION: The composition includes (a) alkali soluble resin, (b) a compound which conducts a cross-linking action by acid, (c) a compound which generates acid by heat and (d) a photothermal converting material.
