    Abstract: A chair includes a base 1, having a front end and a rear end, a seat 2 mounted above the base 1, and an operative mechanism. The operative mechanism includes a telescopic rod 32 that is adjustable in length. The telescopic rod 32 has an upper end 322 pivotally connected to a front section 21 of the seat 2. At least one supporting rod 31 has a front end 311 pivotally connected to the front end of the base 1 and a rear end 312 pivotally connected to a rear section 22 of the seat 2. When the length of the telescopic rod 32 is increased, the seat 2 is elevated and supported by the supporting rod 31 and the telescopic rod 32. The operative mechanism may further include a motor 5, to move the telescopic rod 32, which is operable via a switch 331 on the armrest 24. The front and rear sections 21, 22 of the seat 2 may be pivotally coupled and the lower end 321 of the telescopic rod 32 may be pivotally mounted to a lower portion of the rear end of the base 1.

    Abstract: Each slat (3) is an oblong body with main body part (30) with convex top side (301) and concave underside (302). The main body part has front and rear longitudinal edges and is formed with through holes (33) next to the rear longitudinal edge through which the draw cord (45) is passed. The slat body has a front flange (32) which extends forwards from the front longitudinal edge, and a rear flange (31) which extends back from the rear longitudinal edge. The front flange of each slat is in close contact with the convex top side of the main body part of a lower adjoining slat so that a first light-screening section is obtained when the slats are closed. The rear flange stands upright and is behind an upper adjoining slat so that light from the back of the blind is screened off to produce a second light-screening section when the slats are in the closed position.

    Abstract: The erasure rubber (20) has a hole (201) in the middle extending along its axis, and is held by a nut (30) with inner left-hand thread (301) screwed to a right hand thread (622) on the front end of the bottom part (62). A hollow cylindrical container (40) on the inside of the middle part (61) has a hole on its centre bottom end, and a filter (402) on its front end. Outside the filter is an insulating piece (401). The ball-point pen-shaped main part has a top (60), middle and bottom part. A vacuum tube (621) on the inside of the bottom part fits into the rubber's hole which has a soft support (612) on its upper side. The middle part has a curved lid (611). The bottom part contains a micromotor (501) and has a switch (505). A fan (502) is fixed in the ring (602) on the inside of the top part. A 3-stage switch (504) is positioned on the battery.
