Abstract:
A photovoltaic module (1) comprises a plurality of photovoltaic cells (100), electrically interconnected to define a photo-active surface (2). The photovoltaic cells (100) being closed between a front covering layer (3a) and a back covering layer (3b) which are electrically insulating, the front covering layer (3 a) being frontally covered by a frontal covering element (4) having a mechanical protection function for the photovoltaic cells (100). The back covering layer (3b) being posteriorly supported by a support element, the support element being a ceramic slab of a limited thickness.
Abstract:
Each anchoring organ (1) is provided with a base (10) which is provided on a side thereof with an active surface (11) which is destined to couple with a portion of surface (2) to which the anchoring organ (1) is to be fixed, and on an opposite side thereof with means (14) for gripping the anchoring organ (1). A predetermined amount of glue (3) is predisposed on the active surface (11) or on a corresponding portion of surface (2) on which the active surface (11) is destined to be coupled, which glue (3) is activated only following subjection thereof to a mechanical action. Using the means for gripping (14) the anchoring organ (1) can be set in motion and pressed against the surface (2) in order to activate the glue (3) following the mechanical action exerted thereon.
Abstract:
The apparatus for distributing powders on a support in a predetermined pattern, comprises: a belt conveyor (2) for transporting the support (3); a head for applying the powders (1), located above the conveyor (2), which head (1) comprises a ring-wound closed continuous belt (4) exhibiting a plurality of perforations arranged according to a predetermined pattern, the perforations being of a size which enables passage of predetermined quantities of powders; means for controlling a supply and delivery of powders through the perforations and for keeping the continuous belt (4) clean. The head also comprises means for controlling a movement of the continuous belt (4) in synchrony with a movement of the conveyor (2).
Abstract:
This invention concerns an automatic machine for the preparation of ski blades in accordance with mixed-line profiles, comprising basically a base frame between the uprights of which a small support frame for at least one ski is supported in a micrometrical rotary manner, positively or negatively around a lengthwise axis and operated by the relevant means. The said small frame is equipped with ski lock components on a relevant support surface, the width of which is less than the width of the ski and lies at a height which basically coincides with the axis of rotation of the small frame, below which is supported, in a mobile manner on a horizontal guide arranged between the uprights of the base frame, a cutter assembly, which can also be moved vertically and operated by the relevant means, which is provided with tracer point devices, arranged bi-laterally to an active portion of the same, of the profile of at least one ski blade to be prepared. The said means of positive and/or negative rotation for the small frame are in turn assembled on means of traverse horizontally in relation to the axis of rotation of the said small frame.
Abstract:
An automatic horizontal transfer conveyor for a continuous ceramic tile making plant includes a lower frame (1) with an attached stand, a drive motor (3) fitted to its upper end with its drive shaft horizontal. A box shaped bar (5) attached at the middle to a drive shaft (4) forms two rotatable arms (5, 5') in line. In addition a double gear wheel (9, 9') co-axial with the drive shaft is attached rigidly to the stand (2) with two equal gear wheels fitted to the ends of each of the arms (5' and 5"). Each is connected by a drive chain (20, 20') to the double gear wheel. This mechanical linkage produces a rotation movement for a fork type device (12, 12') around a horizontal axis leaving the prongs constantly in a horizontal plane to pick up simultaneously several tiles from two conveyor bands and placing them sideways onto another production line.
Abstract:
A roller conveyor is for tiles and similar objects. It includes a number of parallel equally spaced freely rotating rollers mounted on two side beams (1,2) positioned in horizontal plane. Below the rollers (5,6,7) is located a driving equipment for direct driving of each roller and a feeler for a programmed control of rotating speed of the rollers provided with an electric control equipment. The driving equipment for direct driving of each roller (5,6,7) consists of at least one flat driving belt but preferably of two equal and parallel flat belts (15), tensioned between two belt pulleys of which one is driving the belts. The belts are in contact with the bottom part of each roller and are rotating the rollers by friction. Each roller (5,6,7) consists of a metal core which is covered with a thick layer (13) of an elastic material of a high co-efficient of friction.
