Abstract:
An apparatus (10) and process for forming packs and stacking pallets of large-format ceramic tiles includes use of plier groups for removing single tiles exiting from a control and selection station of the tiles, piling the tiles in determined positions on a special support structure and transferring the piles of tiles to a wrapping station of the piles. A further plier group is used to remove the wrapped packs and deposit them, in a predetermined arrangement, on specific pallets destined for transport. The apparatus and relative process obviate a series of drawbacks connected with the prior art, which is essentially concerned with suitable treatment of small-to-medium format tiles.
Abstract:
Means for stably fixing anchoring organ (1) to a surface (2), wherein each anchoring organ (1) is provided with a base (1.0) which base (10) is provided on a side with an active surface (11) which is destined to couple with a portion of surface (2) to which the anchoring organ (1) is to be fixed, and on an opposite side with means (14) for gripping the anchoring organ (1). A predetermined amount of glue (3) is predisposed on the active surface (11) or on a corresponding portion of surface (2) on which active surface (11) is destined to be coupled, which glue (3) is activated only following subjection thereof to a mechanical action. Using the means for gripping (14), the anchoring organ (1) can be set in motion and pressed against the surface (2) in order to bring the glue (3) into contact with the surface (2), thus activating the glue following the mechanical action exerted thereon.
Abstract:
A plant for storing products comprising at least a pair of vertical stores (40) facing one another, each being provided with opposite flanks (4) which are provided with pluralities of guides (6) located such that two opposite guides (6) which face one another on the same horizontal plane define end rests for single drawers or trays (5). Housings for the drawers or trays (5) are defined between the pairs of guides (6) and the contiguous pairs of guides, each of which is transferable between a load/unload configuration of the products and a storage configuration in which the drawer or tray (5) is inserted with ends thereof on a pair of opposite guides (6) and vice versa. An elevator (9) is provided, associated to the frame (2) and mobile along a development direction (A) of the vertical stores (40) such as to move the drawers or trays (5). The opposite flanks (4) of the stores (40) are provided with profiled uprights (4a), situated on the side facing towards the zone occupied by the elevator (9), which are conformed such as to be associated to the ends of the frame of the said elevator (9) such as to realise a sliding coupling in a parallel direction to the profiled uprights (4a) and maintaining the two profiled uprights (4a) and the relative opposite flanks (4) of each store (40) at a predetermined distance.
Abstract:
A plant for pallet-stacking, comprising: an unstacking device (2) for removing single items (C) making up a pallet; a stacking device (4) for receiving single items (C) which make up an order to be stacked on a pallet; an automatic store (3), comprising a plurality of shelves or trays (30) predisposed to contain ordered rows of items (C); the shelves or trays (30) being stockable internally of the automatic store (3) and being commandably transferable between a loading position or station, in which the shelves of trays (30) receive the items (C) coming from the unstacking device (2), and an unloading position or station, in which the items (C) are supplied to the stacking device (4). The automatic store (3) is predisposed to identify the items (C) and/or the position of the items (C) on the shelves or trays (30) in the automatic store in order to enable a selection of the items (C) to be placed in outlet according to an order.
Abstract:
A method for identifying non-uniform areas on a surface, comprising: definition of main geometrical and dimensional characteristics of the non- uniform areas to be identified; definition of a mathematical model represented by predetermined function establishing a correspondence or correlation between elements of a bidimensional domain or subdomain, constituted by an area similar to those of the non-uniform areas to be identified, and corresponding elements of a bidimensional codomain or sub-codomain, each expressing a grey-tone intensity value; exploration of the surface for acquiring an image thereof; comparison of the image by zone or "window" of predetermined dimensions with the codomain or sub-codomain representing the mathematical model, and detection of the differences there-between; calculation, for each zone or "window", of an overall numerical index expressing the correlation value with the elements of a bidimensional codomain or sub-codomain, comparison of each overall numerical index with a predetermined threshold acceptability value; signalling of any exceeding of the predetermined threshold acceptability value.
Abstract:
An apparatus (10) for decorating ceramic tiles (11) includes combined use of printing heads (13) consisting of elastic silicone cylinders (15) provided with recessed cell matrices, and inkjet-type printing heads (14, 14' ) , arranged sequentially above a conveyor belt (12) bearing the tiles to be decorated. The inkjet nozzles are electronically commanded according to activation rhythms and times suitable for continuously producing patterns and graphics having a length congruent with the length of the patterns and graphics produced by the elastic recessed cell matrices, the activation of the nozzles further being suitably synchronised with the angular position of the cylinders and of the conveyor belt. The above-mentioned apparatus provides, alongside a high level of reliability and limited financial outlay, a considerable production flexibility, typical of inkjet machines
Abstract:
