    Abstract: A method for preparing 2-mercaptobenzothiazole where the aniline method is adopted to perform reaction in the presence of a catalyst, and the catalyst includes sulfonic acid type imidazolium ionic liquid. The sulfonic acid type imidazolium ionic liquid is a type of acidic functionalized ionic liquid, and has the advantages of both a solid acid and a liquid acid. The sulfonic acid type imidazolium ionic liquid is adopted as an active ingredient of the catalyst, and may remarkably improve a conversion rate of the reaction raw materials and increase a yield of the 2-mercaptobenzothiazole. Meanwhile, due to the characteristics of high catalytic activity, no volatilization, low corrosion, high thermal stability and the like of the 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, the preparation method also has the comprehensive advantages of simple process, low cost, low tar yield, high environment friendliness and the like.

    Abstract: 本発明は2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの調製方法を開示する。アニリン法で、スルホン酸型イミダゾールイオン液体を含む触媒の作用で反応させて2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾールを調製する。スルホン酸型イミダゾールイオン液体は1種類の酸性機能性イオン液体で、固体酸と液体酸のメリットを同時に有する。スルホン酸型イミダゾールイオン液体を触媒の活性成分とすることで、反応原料の変換率を顕著に改善し、2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの収率を向上させる。同時に、2−メルカプトベンゾチアゾールの高い触媒活性、不揮発性、低腐食、熱安定性に優れている等の特徴によって、上記調製方法によると、工程が簡単で、コストが低く、タール量が低く、環境保護性が高い等の総合的なメリットをさらに有する。 【選択図】 なし

    Abstract: A method for preparing an aryl substituted p-phenylenediamine substance is provided. A structural formula of the aryl substituted p-phenylenediamine substance is shown as Formula (I′), where each of R′ and R″ is phenyl or o-methylphenyl, and R′ is same as or different from R″; and the method comprises that: a raw material A and a raw material B are reacted in the presence of a hydrogen acceptor and a catalyst to form the aryl substituted p-phenylenediamine substance, the raw material A having a structure shown as Formula (I), the raw material B being cyclohexanone and/or o-methylcyclohexanone and the hydrogen acceptor being a hydrogen acceptor capable of accepting hydrogen for conversion into the raw material B. Raw materials are low in cost and readily available; use of a large amount of water for post-treatment is avoided. The reaction condition is relatively mild, and corrosion to equipment is avoided.
