Abstract:
A machine for filling containers, in which each dispensing head (2b, 3b) comprises at least two ports (6, 10), which are connected to respective ducts (7, 15, 11) for feeding different liquids, and is provided with means for controlling the flow of the ducts which are controlled by automatic control means which act as a function of the quantity of the individual portions of the different liquids that are meant to be introduced in a container, and are adapted to produce the sequential opening of only one of the ports, so as to fill each container by means of preset portions of the liquids which access sequentially the container.
Abstract:
A sealing system is for containers, in particular of the type that envisages sealing with an aluminum cap. Forming equipment of a cap or seal of weldable sealing material is for the application on the mouth of a container. The equipment includes at least one forming device (52) of the seal or cap, the at least one forming device (52) is arranged along the periphery of a forming roll (31) tangent to and moved in sync with a positioning roll carrying at least one disc or sheet of the sealing material for forming the seal or cap.
Abstract:
A device for supporting containers in filling machines for products in powder form includes, a first supporting element, connected to the structure of a filling machine, and a second supporting element designed to support a respective container to be filled. The device further includes actuation elements configured for actuating, with a vibrating motion, the second supporting element with respect to the first supporting element. The second supporting element can rotate with respect to the first supporting element about a substantially vertical rotation axis. The actuation elements further include elements for generating a variable magnetic field, which are integral with one of the supporting elements, and magnetic means, which are integral with the other of the supporting elements and interact with the generator to cause an alternating oscillation, in the two opposite rotation directions, of the second supporting element with respect to the first supporting element, about the rotation axis.
Abstract:
A machine for filling containers with liquid product, comprising a rotating carousel (1) provided with a plurality of filling stations (2,3), means (9) adapted to provide selective feeding by means of a hot fluid and by means of the product, and means (11) adapted to collect and evacuate the hot fluid that exits from the faucets, all the walls of the machine designed to be in contact with the hot fluid and the liquid product having high thermal insulation characteristics.
Abstract:
A sealing system is for containers, in particular of the type that envisages sealing with an aluminum cap. Forming equipment (12) of a cap or seal (0) of weldable sealing material (S) is for the application on the mouth of a container (B), the equipment (12) including a service portion (12a) outside a controlled atmosphere chamber (2) and an operating portion (12b) inside the controlled atmosphere chamber (2). The operating portion (12b) includes a positioning roll (29) which is tangential, in the direction of rotation of the positioning roll (29), with a cutting roll (30) adapted to cut a sheet of sealing material (S) from a web of the sealing material (S) and with a forming roll (31) adapted to shape the sheet of sealing material (S) in the cap or seal (O).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a variable flow valve, in particular for filling with a foaming fluid. Preferably, but not exclusively, the valve of the invention can be used in net weight filling machines. In particular, the invention relates to a filling valve (1) for filling machines comprising a hollow body (2) which encloses a cavity (4) in which a filling fluid is introduced and which opens at its bottom into a dispensing opening (5), a shutter (3) being axially sliding in the cavity (4), wherein the shutter (3) comprises a tip (6), adapted to shut the dispensing opening (5), a stem (7) and an adjusting member (16) for adjusting the flow rate of the filling fluid, wherein the adjusting member (16) comprises a toroidal body (17) arranged coaxially with respect to the stem (7) and floating with respect thereto.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a filling device for heterogeneous products or products which have solid or semi-solid suspended elements with variable dimensions and compactness. The valve of the invention can be used in net weight filling machines. In particular, the invention relates to a filling device (1) for filling machines, comprising a hollow body (2) in which a shutter member (3) is movably fitted and acts in cooperation with a dispensing member (4), which is coaxial to said shutter member (3), to close or open a dispensing opening (5) for a product (P) to be dispensed into a container (C), characterized in that said dispensing member (4) comprises a rotatable shaft (10) comprising a screw portion (14) adapted to impart a dispensing pressure and a mixing to the product (P).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a seal for capping containers, such as bottles or the like. In particular, the invention relates to a seal or operculum (1, 101) for closing a container (C), comprising an edge portion (2, 102), a partially removable central portion (3, 103) and a connection portion (4, 104) comprising a semi-circular groove (5, 105), wherein said seal or operculum (1, 101) is made of a plastic material and wherein said edge portion (2, 102) is weldable to the edge (B) of the neck (CL) of said container (C).
