PURPOSE: A measuring method of a skin regeneration effect using a skin equivalent is provided to directly evaluate a skin regeneration effect of a material by performing a wound treatment analysis using a punch biopsy. CONSTITUTION: A dermis layer of a skin regeneration comprises an inside dermis layer and an outside dermis layer. The inside dermis layer comprises a collagen and a fibroblast. The outside dermis layer comprises a collagen. The skin equivalent suppresses a contraction of the dermis. A measuring method of a skin regeneration effect comprises the following steps: a step of making a wound in a epidermis layer of a skin equivalent; a step in which a testing material is processed in a generated wound for 5-10 days; and a step of observing an epimorphic regeneration state of the skin equivalent with time with performing H&E stain(Hematoxylin and Eosin stain) at 2-3 days intervals after processing the testing material. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for antiaging contains a mixture extract of Lycium chinense Miller and Pinus densiflora Siebold et Zuccarini as an active ingredient. The mixture extract contains 40-60 wt% of the Lycium chinense Miller extract and 40-60 wt% of the Pinus densiflora Siebold et Zuccarini extract. The composition activates a retinoic acid receptor. The composition also prevents wrinkles by suppressing collagenase expression.

A kit for diagnosing seborrheic keratosis contains: a polynucleotide containing 18-22 continuous nucleotides as a polynucleotide fragment of WISP2(AK074695); and one or more polynucleotides containing the 18-22 continuous nucleotides, which are a complementary polynucleotide. The kit is used for diagnosing seborrheic keratosis. A method for providing necessary information for diagnosing seborrheic keratosis comprises a step of determining seborrheic keratosis when the expression level of WISP2(AK07495) gene on a subject epidermis is lower than the level on a control group.
