    Abstract: An emulsion composition is provided to maintain skin stability and moisture maintaining property excellently and keep the activity of a hydrophobic ingredient for a long period of time by being stable without using a surfactant and having unique external appearance and feeling of use due to a large sized particle distinguishable by eyes. An emulsion composition comprises lipid capsule particles consisting of liquid phase oil and an outer cover lipid ingredient encapsulating the liquid phase oil, wherein the outer cover lipid ingredient is selected from the group consisting of solid state lipids and pseudo-lipid materials, a diameter of the lipid capsule particle is 0.01-5mm and the liquid phase oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of behenyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, glyceryl monostearate, cetostearyl alcohol and batyl alcohol. A skin cosmetic composition comprises the emulsion composition.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A moisturizing cosmetic composition containing extracts of jasmine, arnica and yarrow to provide the skin with moisturizing effect is provided. The composition moisturizes the skin affected by a life style, environmental causes, endogenous disease, etc. and thus protects the skin. CONSTITUTION: A moisturizing cosmetic composition contains 0.01 to 60% by weight of an extract of jasmine, arnica(Arnica Montana L) and yarrow(Achillea millefolium L) in a weight ratio of 5.5 to 6.5:1.75 to 2.25:1.75 to 2.25, based on the total weight of the composition.
