    Abstract: PURPOSE: An incombustible aluminum composite panel using phenol resin hardening foam and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent dew condensation with excellent construct ability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing incombustible aluminum composite panel using phenol resin hardening foam comprises following steps. Front and rear panels with aluminum layers are prepared(S100). A phenol resin composition with foaming agent is injected in between the front and rear panels, and core hardening foam is formed between the front and rear panels(S110). An aluminum composite panel is formed by compressing the front and rear panels through a high temperature pressing process(S120). Phenol resin foam contained in the composite panel is cured, and an aluminum composite panel with high insulation property is formed(S130).
