Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing composition of extra rapid-hardening latex modified concrete expressing fluidity fit for installation and high early-stage strength, which improves a method for charging raw materials of the concrete composition and optimizes a function of a retardant. CONSTITUTION: The composition of extra rapid-hardening latex modified concrete includes extra rapid-hardening cement, latex, aggregate, and other additives. The composition of extra rapid-hardening latex modified concrete is prepared by a process comprising the steps of: moving the aggregate in a container to a inlet of a mixer, wherein the container has an open-and-close outlet(18) on its bottom to be placed onto an inlet of a mixer; and opening an outlet of the container to charge the aggregate into a mixer. 0.3-0.9wt% of a retardant based on the cement is added to water, diluted for 30-180 minutes, and used.

Abstract: A latex-modified concrete composition using high strength cement is provided to be more inexpensive than a very early strength-latex modified concrete and help accomplish a relatively early traffic opening by a rapid completion of a construction work. A latex-modified concrete composition using high strength cement is used for a work for repairing broken portions of paving and comprises cement, coarse aggregate, and water. Latex is added to the concrete formed by high strength cement. A content of the latex is 10-15wt% based on the cement. The coarse aggregate in the concrete has a maximal dimension of 13-25mm. A ratio of the water-cement in the concrete is 29-35wt.%. An anti-foaming agent is added in a 0.3-0.6wt.% of amount.
