Abstract: PURPOSE: A vibration body for driving a round window in which a middle ear property is reflected and a hearing aid using the same are provided to be suitable for a person who has difficulty in hearing because of a damage of ossicles caused by an innate factor or a chronic otitis media etc. CONSTITUTION: A vibration body for driving a round window(100) includes a housing(110), a support plate(120), a piezoelectric device(130), and a vibration plate(140). The housing is comprised in a form of opening an upper surface. The support plate is settled inside of the housing and has a diameter which is smaller in size than the vibration plate. The piezoelectric device is settled in the upper part of the support plate and includes a first electrode(132) to which a voltage of a first polarity is applied, a second electrode(134) to which a voltage of a second polarity which is opposite to the first polarity is applied, and a piezoelectric layer(136) which is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The vibration plate is settled in the upper part of the piezoelectric device and covers the upper surface of the housing.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An adaptive noise canceller of single channel for heart sound enhancement and a method thereof are provided to remove noise from the sound which is transferred through a stethoscope by generating a reference signal. CONSTITUTION: In an adaptive noise canceller of single channel for heart sound enhancement and a method thereof, a receiver(110) receives sound from a stethoscope. A reference signal generator(130) comprises a BS gate and a heart sound analysis section. The heart sound analysis section analyzes the amplitude of the received sound. The heart sound analysis section generates a control signal corresponding to the noise from the sound. The BS gate generates the reference signal. A noise cancellation part(150) comprises an adaptive filter and an operator The adaptive filter presumes noises within the received sound. The operator removes noise from the sound.

Abstract: 이식형보청기및 이의저작음잡음제거장치가개시된다. 본발명의실시예에따른이식형보청기는피이식체의측두골에이식될수 있는마이크로폰; 마이크로폰이측두골에이식된상태에서측두골에접촉되며, 피이식체의저작운동에따라발생하는저작음을포집하는압전체; 및압전체에의해포집된저작음을이용하여마이크로폰에의해수집된음향신호에서저작잡음을제거하는잡음제거부;를포함한다. 본발명의실시예에의하면, 압전체(piezo-electric sensor)에의해저작음이고효율로포집되고, 포집된저작음의에너지차이(energy difference)를기반으로음향신호에대한잡음제거를수행하여, 음향신호의신호대 잡음비를높일수 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 정원창을 구동하는 진동체 및 이를 이용한 보청기에 관한 것으로서, 정원창 구동 진동체의 내부 구조물을 이용하여 공진 주파수를 설계함으로써 인간 이소골의 주파수 특성과 유사한 진동체의 특성을 구현하고, 이 방법을 이용하여 감각 신경성 난청자를 비롯하여 선천적인 요인이나 만성 중이염 등의 악성 질환으로 인해 청각 전달 경로에 문제가 생긴 전도성 난청자까지 자연스러운 소리를 청취할 수 있도록 하는 우수한 성능의 정원창 구동 진동체 및 이를 이용한 보청기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 중이 특성이 반영된 정원창 구동 진동체는 상부면이 개방되어 있는 하우징; 상기 하우징의 내부에 안착되는 지지판; 상기 지지판의 상부에 결합되는 압전 소자; 상기 압전 소자의 상부에 안착되며, 상기 하우징의 상부면을 커버하는 진동판; 및 상기 진동판에 고정 결합되는 연결부재;를 포함하며, 상기 연결부재, 진동판 및 지지판은 공진 특성을 제어하여 이소골의 공진 특성과 유사하게 설계하기 위해 탄성체 재질로 각각 형성되거나, 탄성을 갖는 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sensor and a system for measuring of a pulse wave are provided to stably measure a pulse wave of a body to be measured by measuring the change of magnetic field between first and second magnetism generators. CONSTITUTION: A case(11) supports a first magnetism generator(12) which generates magnetic field which is reference for measuring the change of magnetic filed through a bias supplied from the outside. A second magnetism generator(13) generates magnetic field while being vibrated according to the pulse wave of the human body. A hall sensor(14) senses the change of the magnetic field generated between the second magnetism generator and the first magnetism generator. At least one of the second magnetism generator and the hall sensor is comprised of a plurality of arrays.

Abstract: An eardrum penetration type vibration device and an implantable hearing aid using the same are provided to improve a sound characteristic of a limited high frequency band of a hearing aid by vibrating the eardrum using a coil generating an AC magnetic field corresponding to a sound signal and a magnet vertically penetrating a part of the eardrum. An eardrum penetration type vibration device(10) includes a pair of flange covers, a magnetic member, and a sheath member. A magnetic member is coupled to the pair of flange covers. The sheath member is coupled between the pair of flange covers and the magnetic member is inserted to the sheath member. The flange cover is made of titanium material or biomaterial. The flange cover has various shapes closely attached to the eardrum as well as the circular plate. The sheath member is titanium material or biomaterial.

Abstract: An acoustic filter for shielding noise and an ITE(In-The-Ear)-typed hearing protectors applied by the same are provided to prevent the hardness of hearing by inserting various kinds of acoustic filters and changing the position of the film. An acoustic filter(10) for shielding noise is composed of a first acoustic pipe(12) having a cross-sectional area(S1); and a second acoustic pipe(14) having a length(L) and a cross-sectional area(S2) connected with the first acoustic pipe in series. The acoustic energy transfer property is changed by controlling the ratio of the cross-sectional areas and the length. The diameter of the acoustic filter is obtained by controlling a diameter(D1) of the first acoustic pipe and a diameter(D2) of the second acoustic pipe to correspond to the property of the sound transfer band desired within the maximum 6mm. A maximum length(Lt) is obtained by controlling the length of the second acoustic pipe to correspond to the property of the sound transfer band desired within the maximum 10mm after setting the maximum length.
