Abstract: PURPOSE: An atmospheric pressure discharging apparatus of dust-laden wastewater in high pressure forming gas cleaning equipment is provided to discharge wastewater containing a large amount of dust in atmospheric pressure without clogging of pipe by simple process instead of complicated lock hopper system in high pressure gasification melting facility. CONSTITUTION: The atmospheric pressure discharging apparatus of dust-laden wastewater in high pressure forming gas cleaning equipment comprises a high pressure scrubber(21) comprising a forming gas inlet(31), a cleaning water inlet(32), a cleaning gas outlet(33) and a wastewater outlet(34); a differential pressure transmitter(22) for transmitting the detected water level of the wastewater by detecting water level of wastewater accumulated in the high pressure scrubber; a water level controller(24) for constantly maintaining the water level of the wastewater in the high pressure scrubber by receiving control signals from the differential pressure transmitter, thereby controlling opening and closing of the segmental ball valve(23); a scrubber constant pressure transmitter(27) for detecting pressure of gas phase part inside the high pressure scrubber; a segmental ball valve(23) installed at one end of discharge pipe connected to the wastewater outlet to control discharge quantity of wastewater; a solenoid ball valve(25) installed in front of the segmental ball valve and operated by receiving control signals from the scrubber constant pressure transmitter; and a scrubber high water level switch(28) for discharging wastewater by sensing that wastewater reaches to the forming gas inlet so that wastewater always keeps a constant water level in the high pressure scrubber.
