PURPOSE: A method for isolating quercetin-3-O-alpha-rhamnoside and campherol-3-O-alpha-rhamnoside from ginger is provided to ensure antioxidation and liver protection without side effects and toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting and isolating quercetin-3-O-alpha-rhamnoside or campherol-3-O-alpha-rhamnoside comprises: a step of preparing crude extract from Lindera obtusiloba Blume using water or alcohol; a step of treating hexane to obtain aqueous layer; and a step of treating ethyl acetate to obtain ethyl acetate layer. The alcohol is methanol, ethanol, propanol, or butanol. An antioxidtion composition contains quercetin-3-O-alpha-rhamnoside or campherol-3-O-alpha-rhamnoside as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: A phase shifter using an amplifier as a switch is provided to operate a switch function in a high frequency region without a high loss by maintaining a difference between isolation rates in a on state and a off state. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of conductive lines(111,112,113) has a different electrical length. A plurality of input amplifiers(121,122,123) are one by one connected between one side of each conductive line and an input terminal(101). Each input amplifier switches the corresponding conductive line to the input terminal by a DC power supply. The gains of input amplifiers are respectively differently formed. The input amplifier comprises the CMOS FET. The CMOS FET comprises the common source CMOS FET.

A reporter system for searching a natural compound reactivating gamma herpesvirus in cell line infected with gamma-herpesvirus is provided to help activation of anti-herpes agent and search natural compound without toxicity. A reporter cell line for searching an inducing material of reactivating gamma herpes virus comprises: a PAN RNA (polyadenylated nuclear RNA) promoter (sequence number 1[SEQ ID NO:1]) of Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus (KSHV); and a reporter gene which is connected to be expressed by a promoter. The reporter gene is destabilized enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP). The gamma herpes virus is a cell line which is infected with KSHV or Epstein-Barr virus (EBV).

본 발명은 안드로스테논 분해 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로 갈근 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 간세포 내 3β-HSD(3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase)에 의한 안드로스테논 분해 촉진용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 천연물 추출물인 갈근 추출물을 이용하여 안드로스테논의 분해 효소인 3β-HSD의 발현을 증진시켜 안드로스테논을 효율적으로 분해할 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 조성물은 기존의 물리적, 화학적 거세방법을 통한 웅취 제거 기술과는 달리, 안전하고 경제적인 새로운 비거세 수퇘지 웅취 제거 기술로서 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: Novel polyhydroxylated macrolides which is separated from seimatosporium discosioides is provided to act as an effector of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ, thereby being usefully used for the prevention and treatment of diabetes or inflammation disease etc while minimizing side effects. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of disease which is mediated by a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPAR γ) and characterized by being selected from a group consisting of diabetes, obesity, inflammation disease and cancer includes the extract of seimatosporium discosioides as an active ingredient. A polyhydroxylated macrolides derivative is indicated as a chemical formula 1 or a chemical formula 2.
