Abstract: PURPOSE: A color-emotion standardization system and implementing method thereof are provided to develop an emotional language universal scale map for measuring customer emotion by developing an emotion language image scale. CONSTITUTION: An emotional language includes a sense language and an emotion language. An emotion factor is drawn after UET(User Emotion Test) quantitative analysis. A morphological image map assigns a word and image database. A color-emotion basic data database stores the emotional factor.
