Abstract:
Provided is an apparatus for calibrating and testing a Mach probe comprising: a front part for installing the Mach probe thereon, facing the wind and forming one end with a wedge type; an installation part connected to the front part for forming a rear part extended to one direction; a supporting rod for supporting the installation part by being extended to one direction and changing an angle of the installation part with respect to the wind; and an installation adaptor for attachably or detachably installing the installation part to the supporting rod. The present invention minimizes an aerodynamic interference imposed on the installation part by the shape of the installation part and adjustment of the installation part angle with the supporting rod, and improves the accuracy of calculating a calibration coefficient of the Mach probe by solving differences of Mach numbers at local areas.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a flight vehicle model including a deformation preventing unit installed on a support rod which is connected to a balance inside the body of the flight vehicle. The deformation prevention unit touches the inner surface of the body of the flight vehicle in case of the deformation of the balance, thereby preventing the overload of the balance. Therefore, the present invention prevents damage to the balance, which is proper to the size of the flight vehicle model, caused by the overload.
