Abstract:
A manufacturing method of 1,1'-dimethyl-5,5'-bitetrazole is provided to shorten a reaction time, to improve yield and to be manufactured inexpensively. A manufacturing method of 1,1'-dimethyl-5,5'-bitetrazole comprises steps of: forming intermediate by reacting N,N'-dimethyl oxamide and acetonitrile in a solvent including acetonitrile; and cyclizing it by adding sodium azide to the intermediate. The first step and the second step are performed at a temperature of 20~30°C and a same reactor.

본 명세서는 입사 신호를 수신하기 위해 반향음을 제어하는 음향 반향음 제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 입사 신호의 수신 여부를 판단한 결과에 따라 제어 신호를 생성 및 방사하고, 반사부, 방사부 및 수신부를 하나의 모듈로 구비함으로써, 불필요한 제어 신호를 발생시키지 않고 반향음을 제어할 수 있는 음향 반향음 제어 장치에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A thermosetting solid propellant composition containing tertiary amine and a method for controlling the hardening rate of the composition are provided to increase a time for maintaining the flowage of a propellant by controlling the viscosity increasing rate of the propellant composition. CONSTITUTION: A thermosetting solid propellant composition is based on nitrate-ester-polyether and includes bismuth subsalicylate as a combustion characteristic modifier. The propellant composition further includes tertiary amine. The content of the tertiary amine is 0.005-0.1 weight% based on the total weight of the entire propellant composition. The tertiary amine is selected from a group including 1,4-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane, 1,5- diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-5-ene, and 1,8- diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene.

본 발명은 각종 고체 로켓용 추진제나 폭약등에서 산화제로 사용되는 ε형 HNIW의 결정 크기를 원하는 값으로 제어하기 위한 결정화 방법에 관한 것으로, 회분식 결정화기에서 ε형 HNIW 결정을 종(seed)으로 사용하는 본 발명을 통해 수십에서 수천 ㎛에 이르는 크기 범위 내에서 목적으로 하는 결정 크기와 좁은 입도 분포를 갖는 ε형 HNIW 결정을 제조하는 것이다.

PURPOSE: A compound is provided to more restrain effects of nitramine group to a nitrate group, to have higher energy, thereby capable of improving performance of high-energy propellant and an insensibility propellant. CONSTITUTION: A compound is in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R3 is a C3-4 alkylene group. A propellant comprises the compound. A manufacturing method of the compound comprises a step of reacting ethylamine and lactone, and a step of nitrating a hydroxy group of the product of the previous step. The lactone is γ- butyrolactone. The second step comprises a step of reacting the product of the first step with nitric acid, and a step of reacting the product with acetic acid and zinc chloride.

PURPOSE: A method for detecting impurities from an aliphatic energetic plasticizer with a nitramine group and a nitrate group is provided to rapidly implement an analyzing process. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting impurities from an aliphatic energetic plasticizer with a nitramine group and a nitrate group includes the following: aliphatic energetic plasticizer with a nitramine group and a nitrate group is synthesized to titrate a titration solvent. The titration solvent includes 30-70 weight% of methanol, 5-15 weight% of imidazole, 5-10 weight% of sulfur dioxide, and 5-20 weight% of diethanolamine.
