Abstract: PURPOSE: A detachable tie down hook gets solved many problems of weight increasing, loss of transforming space and difficulty of developing an air bag or an ECU generated by the tie down welded to a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A detachable tie down hook is formed with a wire having fixed intensity and comprises a hook(1) of a ring form, both ends(3) of which are to be inserted in a hole(4) formed on a frame(2). The tie down hook is detachable from the frame(2) of an automobile which prevents the weight thereof from being increased, loss of space for transformation and makes possible the development of an air bag or an ECU.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A steering wheel for a vehicle prevents the injury of a driver due to contacts with a rim and a hub by an impact occurring on a collision accident. CONSTITUTION: A safe rim(40) having engaging portions(42) formed on both sides thereof and an impact absorbing portion(41) formed on the upper portion thereof is mounted on a rim(20). Although a body of a driver is moved toward the front of a vehicle room on a head-on or a rear collision accident, the impact absorbing portion(41) contacting with the driver absorbs impact energy, thereby reducing the impact energy applied to the driver. Thus, an injury due to the contact of the driver with a rim(20) or a hub(10) is prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A side surface reinforcing structure of a vehicle body prevents the invasion of a side seal into the vehicle body on a side collision, thereby protecting passengers and preventing a rollover phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: When a side collision occurs, an outer panel(42) of a side seal(40) firstly absorbs the impact energy of the collision. Then, a reinforcing member(43) mounted between an inner panel(41) and an outer panel(42) secondly absorbs the impact energy. Then, the inner panel(41) absorbs the impact energy and, simultaneously, distributes the energy through a floor panel(20). Then, the side seal(40) absorbs the remained impact energy by a bracket(50) and distributes the energy by being collided with the side surface of a frame(30). Thus, the safety of passengers is secured and a rollover phenomenon when a driver cannot control a vehicle is prevented.
