Abstract: PURPOSE: A hood latch for vehicle is provided to reduce a number of parts and simplify a structure by using one spring having an improved structure as much as using two springs. CONSTITUTION: A hood latch for vehicle includes a base plate(11), a plate(15), a latch(12), and a pole(13). A striker(21) is inserted into a guide groove(11a) of the base plate(11). The plate(15) is installed in front of the base plate(11). The latch(12) and the pole(13) are rotated around the first and the second hinges(H1,H2) between the base plate(11) and the plate(15). A return spring(110) is installed in front of the plate(15). One end of the return spring(110) is fixed to one end of the latch(12). The other end of the return spring(110) is fixed to the other end of the latch(12) in order to connect the pole(13) to the latch(12), elastically.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hood latch installation structure of a vehicle is provided to reduce the extent of injury of a pedestrian to the minimum by making the hood latch and hood fall down when a pedestrian is straight hit by a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A hood lock is equipped with a striker(2) fixed at the base of a hood(1) and a hood latch(4) positioned on the front of a radiator support member(3) to be coupled to the striker. The radiator support member has annular guide rails. A guide bar is installed at both ends of the hood latch to slide the hood latch on the guide rails downward. The base of the hood latch is fixed to the support member. The hood and hood latch is fallen down in a moment when a pedestrian is crashed on the hood of a vehicle and absorbs shock, and therefore the impact force given to the pedestrian is reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure for mounting a fender of a vehicle is provided to prevent a pedestrian from being injured by inducing deformation with sliding into a fender engine room in breaking the pin of a grommet at a collision. CONSTITUTION: A hole(45) is formed in the middle of a round grommet(50), and fixing pins(55) are formed in both lower parts of the grommet. A fixing groove(40) and an inverse T-shaped insertion hole(30) are formed in the upper part of a fender. The fixing pin is inserted to the fixing groove, and the grommet is inserted to the insertion hole. The fixing pin in the lower part of the grommet is broken in bumping a pedestrian into the fender, and the fender is moved into the engine room with sliding. The pedestrian is protected with inducing deformation by breaking the pin of the grommet.

Abstract: 본 고안은 패널간의 접합력 향상으로 지지강성이 증대되어 떨림에 의한 소음을 최소화하는 동시에 부품 삭제로 인한 원가절감과 전차종에 공용화할 수 있는 루프 사이드 레일 구조를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 이를 실현하기 위하여 통상의 루프패널(12)과 사이드 레일 이너패널(13)과의 사이에 내재된 접착제(15) 및 용접에 의해 서로 접합된 통상의 루프 사이드 레일(11)에 있어서, 상기 시이드 레일 이너패널(13)의 하방 수평면에 강재(14)가 용접되고, 상기 이너패널(13)의 상방 수평면 전범위에 걸쳐 접착제(15)를 내재하여 루프패널(12)의 내벽에 부착되는 동시에 이너패널(13)의 한쪽 끝은 루프패널(12)에 2중으로 용접되어 있는 것이다.
따라서, 본 고안에 의하면 기존의 루프 사이드 레일 아우터패널을 삭제하는 대신에 강재를 용접한 인너패널을 접착제 및 2겹 용접으로 루프패널에 접합한 것이기 때문에, 패널간의 접합력 향상으로 지지강성이 증대되어 떨림에 의한 소음을 최소화하고 루프 사이드 아우터 패널 삭제로 원가절감과 전차종에 공용화할 수 있는 경제적이고도 실용적인 고안인 것이다.
