Abstract:
PURPOSE: Microparticulated calcium powder is provided to ensure stable moisture content, little change of calcium content, uniform particle distribution, solubility and moisture-absorption stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing microparticulated calcium powder comprises the steps of: adding excipient to calcium extracted from seaweed and solvent in 2 ~8 % concentration and preparing a mixed solution so that a mixing ratio of a solvent is 20~40%; wet-pulverizing the mixed solution to prepare ultra-fine liquid calcium; mixing the ultra-fine liquid calcium with distilled water in a ratio of 3:1 and homogenizing them; and spray-drying the homogenized ultra-fine liquid calcium.

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing granules or tablets of black bean, Pleuropterus multflorus, Ecklonia cava and kelp with an increased solubility, including a step of mixing fine powder of black bean, Pleuropterus multflorus, Ecklonia cava and kelp, and an excipient made of a mixture of glucose, lactose, cyclodextrin and glutinous rice at a ratio of 2.5-3.5:6.5-7.5 (w/w), and granules and tablets of black bean, Pleuropterus multflorus, Ecklonia cava and kelp manufactured thereby. The granules and tablets of black bean, Pleuropterus multflorus, Ecklonia cava and kelp of the present invention has a high preference and an excellent solubility, allows mass production due to a simple manufacturing process, and has easy portability thereby being practically valuable in various areas as a material for health supplementary food formula, and is thus industrially very useful.
