The present invention relates to a novel Acetobacter sp. SEA623-2 strain, citrus vinegar, and a method for manufacturing the citrus vinegar. The present invention relates to a citrus vinegar containing rich flavonoid ingredients using the strain. The citrus vinegar contains richer flavonoid ingredients such as naringenin and hesperetin than the case of using a strain for acetic acid fermentation when manufacturing existing brewed vinegar and is able to provide various health foods. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing hydroxymethylfurfural (HMF) is provided to lower production costs using tangerine peel biomass and to enhance HMF production by a simple heating process without a special chemical process. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing HMF using tangerine peel comprises the steps of: drying and pulverizing tangerine peel; and adding the tangerine peel powder to an ionic liquid and heating the mixture at 110-150°C for 10-20 hours to prepare HMF. The ionic liquid is selected among an HCl solution, [OMIM]Cl, a mixture of [OMIM]Cl and ethyl acetate, a mixture solution of [OMIM]Cl and HCl, and a mixture solution of HCl and ethyl acetate.
