PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of electrolyte membrane is provided to offer an electrolyte membrane in which the reduction of hydrogen ion conductance at high temperature is minimized and the efficiency of ion exchange is high, and to reduce manufacturing cost without using of fluorine. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of electrolyte membrane for fuel cell having sulfonated polyethylene-propylene/styrene block copolymer comprises: a step of preparing polyethylene-propylene/styrene block copolymer liquid by dissolving the polyethylene-propylene/styrene block copolymer having the following chemical formula structure in solvent; and a step of performing sulfonation by adding sulfonating agent to the polyethylene-propylene/styrene block copolymer liquid.

PURPOSE: An antistatic semiconductive resin composition is provided to have superior extrusion processability and excellent physical properties such as a tensile strength while having a surface resistance within a moderate range. CONSTITUTION: An antistatic semiconductive resin composition comprises polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate and carbon black.
