Abstract: PURPOSE: A device is provided to pulverize yellow earth and spreading method for preventing red tide to improve red tide extermination effect of yellow earth as spreading yellow earth at the sea area emerging red tide. CONSTITUTION: A device for pulverizing and spreading yellow earth is comprised of a pulverizing tank(T) formed as a funnel, supporting legs on the four corners of the pulverizing tank, stairs(S) fixed on one of the supporting legs, a gravel outlet(17) made in the bottom of the center of the pulverizing tank, an impeller operated by an electric motor(14), an electric controller(20) established on an outer wall of the pulverizing tank, an outlet(19) of yellow earth and sea water mixture in one side of the pulverizing tank, and an impeller pump(18) set up in one side of the outlet. The impeller(15) pulverizes yellow earth mixing with sea water as rotating through a transfer axis of power.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A preparation method of an exterminating liquid of a red tide by blending a mixed liquor of sour water and alkaline water obtained from electrolysis of seawater with loess is provided which can exterminate the red tide perfectly without destroying ecological system. CONSTITUTION: A process for making an exterminating liquid of a red tide which comprises: (a)a first stage for producing sour water and alkaline water by electrolyzing seawater in a seawater pipe with a diaphragm(7), b)the second stage for diluting sour water with seawater to adjust to an adequate pH value, c)the third stage for adding 2-100 wt.% of loess to sour water and alkaline water. About 100-96% of red tide organism is exterminated by using the exterminating liquid diluted 2 wt.% of sour water at pH 2.33-7.4 with 98 wt.% of seawater.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种通过将酸性电解和海水电解得到的碱性水与黄土混合的红潮消毒液的制备方法，可以完全消除红潮，而不破坏生态系统。 构成：制造红潮消毒液的方法，包括：（a）通过用隔膜（7）在海水管中电解海水来生产酸水和碱性水的第一阶段，b）用于稀释的第二阶段 酸性水与海水调节至足够的pH值，c）第三阶段为酸性水和碱性水添加2-100％（重量）的黄土。 通过使用稀释的2重量％的酸性水，pH值为2.33-7.4的98％（重量）的海水来灭灭大约100-96％的红潮生物体。

Abstract: 본 발명에 의한 적조방제를 위한 황토 분쇄 및 살포장치는 운송수단에 의해 운반된 황토를 일정공간에 적재하는 적재수단과, 상기 적재수단내로 해수를 펌핑하여 유입시키는 해수유입수단과, 상기 적재수단내에 설치되어 유입된 해수와 황토를 섞어 교반 분쇄하는 분쇄수단과, 상기 분쇄수단과 연결되도록 설치하여 분쇄수단에 동력을 전달하는 구동수단과, 상기 해수와 섞여 분쇄된 황토를 적조 발생지역에 살포하는 배출수단으로 구성되어, 황토를 분쇄하면서 동시에 살포가 이루어지도록 하므로, 적조를 효율적으로 구제함과 아울러 바다의 생태계를 보호하도록 하였다.
