Abstract:
The present invention relates to an influenza monovalent vaccine having a broad defending activity, or an influenza supplementary vaccine using the same. The influenza monovalent vaccine or influenza supplementary vaccine of the present invention increases the immunity against an M2e protein for influenza virus infection of various serotypes, thereby having a broad defense ability effectively responding to the unforeseen spread of virus like national epidemic.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: An HN protein of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) and an NDV antigen diagnostic liquid containing the same for a hemagglutination inhibition (HI) method are provided to quickly and cheaply produce the NDV antigen diagnostic liquid without contamination or disease infection. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a recombinant baculovirus expression vector comprises the steps of: isolating virus genome RNA from NDV Lasota strain; synthesizing cDNA of HN protein of NDV protein using a reverse primer of sequence number 2 and RNA; performing PCR of cDNA using a forward primer of sequence number 1, and a reverse primer of sequence number 2 to synthesize DNA; treating the synthesized DNA with Xba1 and Hind III, and extracting DNA fragments; and inserting the DNA fragment into a multicloning site of pFastBac TM 1 expression vector with baculovirus polyhedron promoter. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A vaccine strain for Newcastle disease is provided to ensure safety to chickens and to improve immunity of chicken. CONSTITUTION: A vaccine strain for Newcastle disease is denoted by deposit number KCTC 11718BP. The vaccine strain belongs to a subtype of genotype I in phylogenetic systematic. The vaccine stain has affinity to chicken respirator and digestive organ. A vaccine for preventing Newcastle disease contains the vaccine strain. The vaccine is vaccinated to chickens by drinking, eye-dropping, or spraying. The vaccine is manufactured in a sub-unit vaccine, vector vaccine, chimera vaccine, or DNA vaccine. The vaccine contains acceptable medium or excipient and adjuvant.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An attenuated avian infectious bronchitis virus and a vaccine containing the same for avian infectious bronchitis are provided to prevent avian infectious bronchitis virus. CONSTITUTION: An attenuated avian infectious bronchitis virus strain is made by attenuating toxicity to chicken by sub-culturing virus stain and S1 protein is mutated. The mutant S1 protein is mutated from serine to tyrosine. The mutant S1 protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 4. The attenuated avian infectious bronchitis virus strain is IBV AVR1/08 strain(deposit number: KCTC 11467BP). A vaccine for preventing avian infectious bronchitis for preventing respiratory avian infectious bronchitis contains the attenuated avian infectious bronchitis virus strain. The vaccine additionally contains an adjuvant.

Abstract:
A diagnostic strip for a H5 type highly pathogenic avian influenza and general avian influenza is provided to conveniently and rapidly diagnose whether a bird is infected by the H5 type highly pathogenic avian influenza and general avian influenza or not from stool in situ without special testing equipment. The diagnostic strip is characterized in that a monoclonal antibody common to general avian influenza virus in which hemaglutinin antigens are H1 to H15 and a monoclonal antibody specific to a highly pathogenic avian influenza in which a hemaglutinin antigen is H5 are used for diagnosing the highly pathogenic and the general avian influenza in which the hemaglutinin antigen is H5 from stool or tissue of chicken. The method for preparing the diagnostic strip comprises the steps of: (a) respectively absorbing the monoclonal antibody specific to the highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in which the hemaglutinin antigen is H5 and the monoclonal antibody common to general avian influenza virus into a membrane; (b) respectively attaching the antibody absorbed membrane obtained from the step(a) to gold particles so as to prepare an antibody-gold conjugate and then mixing it; and (c) precipitating the conjugate obtained from the step(b) in a basic material and then drying it.
