PURPOSE: A vaccine containing avian metapneumovirus SC1509 strain for preventing avian metapneumovirus infection is provided to ensure efficiency against severe virus. CONSTITUTION: An avian metapneumovirus SC1509 strain is deposited in the number of KCTC 11576BP. The virus has a nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 5 and G protein encoded by nucleic acid sequence of sequence number 6. A vaccine is alive vaccine containing the avian metapneumovirus SC1509 strain. The vaccine is inactivated vaccine, sub-unit vaccine, vector vaccine, chimera vaccine, or DNA vaccine. The vaccine further contains an adjuvant as an excipient.

A peptide fragment containing an amino acid of pathogenic Newcastle disease virus-specific antigen site is provided to cause humoral immunity in a host cell, react with a pathogenic Newcastle virus antibody and discriminate between a vaccinated individual and an infected individual. A kit for diagnosing a Newcastle disease comprises one of peptide fragment of the sequence numbers 1(SEQ ID NO:1) to 5. One or more peptide fragments of the sequence numbers 1-5 is a modified peptide by bonding Cys-Ala-Ala at N-terminal and bonding Ile and amino group(NH2) at C-terminal in order. One or more peptide fragments bond with an ovalbumin, bovine serum albumin(BSA) or keyhole-limpet hemocyanin at the modified peptide. The diagnosis kit diagnoses the Newcastle disease using an ELISA(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay). A low pathogenic avian influenza viral vaccine for preventing H5 subtype avian influenza viral infection is provided to enhance safety and medicinal efficacy of use, and prevent the infection of H5N1 type high pathogenic avian influenza virus safely. The method for preparing the low pathogenic avian influenza viral vaccine for preventing H5 subtype avian influenza viral infection comprises the steps of: (1) culturing a A/wild bird feces/Korea/CSM-2/02(H5N3) strain in a specific pathogen free egg(SPF egg) for 72 hours and collecting allantoic fluid; (2) measuring the titrate of the virus collected in step(1) through hemagglutination inhibition test; (3) concentrating the virus 10 times by centrifuging the virus at 18,000 rpm for 3 hours; (4) attenuating the virus by treating the concentrated virus with 0.1% formalin at 20 deg.C for 12 hours; and (5) mixing the attenuated virus solution with oil adjuvant ISA70 in a weight ratio of 3:7, wherein the low pathogenic avian influenza viral vaccine contains at least one protein encoded by the gene of SEQ ID NO:2 to SEQ ID NO:9.
