본발명은개의꼬리뼈형질진단을유전자마커및 이를이용한진단방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른표지인자를활용하면표현형가에의한선발효과에비해더 정확한유전능측정이가능하며, 개의꼬리뼈형질을조기에예측할수 있다. 또한, 반려견의꼬리모양에대한애견가들의선호도를충족시킬수 있고, 개의꼬리가없는무미나단미의개를생산하기위해무분별한번식을제한할수 있음으로써반려견의보호복지정책에일조함으로서반려견문화정착이가능하며, 개의꼬리의형성에관련된유전자를발굴함으로서동물의진화에대한학술적가치와뼈의재생과관련된의학적기초정보를확보할수 있다.

본 발명은 돼지의 다산 개체 선발을 위한 SNP 마커와 이를 이용한 방법으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 돼지의 산자수와 연관관계를 나타내는 SNP 마커, 마이크로어레이, 키트 및 이를 이용한 선별방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 SNP는 돼지의 중요 유전자에 위치하여 많은 경제 형질들과 관련이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 특히 이 SNP들은 엑손부위에서의 변이로서 단백질의 변이를 유발하므로 돼지에게 큰 영향을 미칠 것이라 예상된다. 본 발명에서 제공하는 SNP들은 산자수와 높은 연관성을 나타내고 있으므로, 종돈의 조기선발에 활용할 가치가 대단히 높다.

본 발명은 돼지의 일당증체량 확인을 위한 단일염기다형성(SNP) 표지 인자, 이를 이용한 돼지의 일당증체량 확인을 위한 키트, 돼지의 일당증체량에 관한 정보를 제공하는 방법 및 종돈의 선발 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면, 돼지의 성장과 관련된 원인유전자 검출 및 육종가 추정을 통한 돼지 종돈 선발이 매우 유용하고, 선발의 정확성을 제고할 수 있어 유전능력 개량을 극대화 할 수 있다. 또한 표현형평가에 의한 종래의 선발 방법보다 25~35% 더 정확한 유전능력 측정이 가능하여 종돈의 유전능력 개량량을 획기적으로 늘릴 수 있으며, 일당증체량은 현재 돼지의 성장 정도를 평가하는 중요한 기준으로 활용되고 있으므로 우수 종돈의 국내 육성에 크게 기여할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A SNP marker for polyacid entity selection of pig and an evaluation method using the same are provided to have high value on use at pre-selection of breeding pig by expressing high connection with a litter size, and to be predectied to have a big influence on the pig with SNP by generating protein variation on the exon region. CONSTITUTION: A pig polyacid entity selection method uses any selected one group a group comprised with SNP of sequence number of 1 through 54. A discriminating method of the pid polyacid entity is i) an extracting step of DNA from a subject; ii) an amplifying step of DNA including the base part of the sequcne number of 1 through 54 or the complemental strand of the base pair at the base mutation; iii) a determining step of the base mutation on the base sequence. The SNP set comprises the complex of any SNP comprised with the sequence number 1 through 54 for determining the pig polyacid entity. The primer set for the pig polyacid entity selection comprises an oligonucleotide including a base region of the sequence number 1 through 54 or the base region of the base mutation comprising the complementary strand with the base pair, or the base region with the sequence number 1 through 54 or the oligonucleotide having the base sequence of non-continuouse sequence of base 1 adjacent to the base mutation comoprising the complementary strand with the base pair.

PURPOSE: A single nucleotide polymorphism genetic marker for an object identification and a history management of pic, and a diagnostic method are provided to increase reliability of analysis by being capable of having concurrent genetic analyzing method and functional object identification tool of RFID, using a genetic analyzing method for a pork history management, and even more accurate heredity measurement than selection effect by phenotypic value. CONSTITUTION: An object identification method of a pig comprises a verification of a single nucleotide polymorphism which is 61st nucleotice sequence of polynucleotide selected among the sequence number 1 thorugh 38. The step of verifying the single nucleotide polymorphism is performed by selected group comprised of allelespecific probe hybridization, allele-specific amplification, sequencing, 5' nuclease digestion, molecular beacon assay, oligonucleotide ligation assay, size analysis, and single-stranded conformation polymorphism. CONSTITUTION: A marker for identifying individual and bloodline of cattle contains: a polynucleotide containing 8-500 continuous nucleotides with each SNP base among a polynucleotide selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 1-36; or a complementary polynucleotide thereof. An SNP is 201th base. A microarray or a kit for identifying individual and bloodline of cattle contains the polynucleotide or a polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide, and cDNA of the polynucleotide. CONSTITUTION: An SNP biomarker for determining the content of pork marbling contains one among sequences of sequence numbers 1-30. A method for selecting the SNP biomarker comprises: a step of determining SNPs relating to pork marbling content; a step of testing correlation with QTL(quantitative trait loci); and a step of analyzing the characteristic with QTL. A breeding pig is selected using the SNP biomarker. A kit for determining breeding pigs contains the SNP biomarker.

본 발명은 한우 근육조직 부위별 특이 단백질 및 단백체의 특이적 조성을 구명하여 프로테옴 분석을 통해 근육의 부위를 판별할 수 있는 바이오 마커 단백질로서, 특히 한우 양지 판별용 바이오 마커 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 한우 등심, 양지 및 홍두깨 근육조직에 대해 프로테옴 분석을 통해 부위판별이 가능하다. 더 나아가 본 발명에 의하면, 한우 등심, 양지 및 홍두깨 조직의 프로테옴 특성을 통한 축적조절기술 및 신약개발에 기초자료 제공할 수 있다.
