Abstract: 포도는 여타 과일과는 달리 한 송이가 통상 수십 개의 작은 포도 알로 이루어져 있으므로 포도의 위치에 따른 당도분포특성을 파악하고 이를 기준으로 대표성 있는 부위를 근적외선 반사스펙트럼을 이용하여 당도를 판정함으로써 당도에 따른 포도 선별을 자동화할 수 있도록 하여 고품질의 포도를 선별·출하할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것인바, 컨베이어 벨트(1) 위에서 포도송이(G)를 이송시키면서 당도 별로 선별하기 위한 장치로, 상기 컨베이어 벨트(1)를 따라 이송되며 포도송이(G)가 안치되는 이송 트레이(10)와; 상기 컨베이어 벨트(1) 상에 설치되어 이송 트레이(10)에 안치된 포도송이(G)의 양면 소정영역에 근적외선을 조사하고 여기에서 반사되는 빛을 수광하여 스펙트럼 형태로 변환시키고 전기신호로 바꾸는 광검출기(20)와; 상기 광검출기(20)에서 감지된 포도의 당도에 따른 전기신호를 당도예측모델식에 대입하여 포도의 당도를 판정하는 컴퓨터(30);를 포함하여 이루어져 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A nondestructive evaluation apparatus for the sugar content of grapes is provided to select and ship grapes of high quality by automating grape selection according to sugar content. CONSTITUTION: A nondestructive evaluation apparatus for the sugar content of grapes comprises a transport tray(10), an optical detector(20), and a computer(30). The transport tray is transferred along a conveyer belt(1). The optical detector emits near infrared ray on both sides of a bunch of grapes and converts reflected light into electric signals in a spectral shape.

Abstract: A device for filtering foreign materials of red pepper is provided to filter leaves of the red pepper mixed with a stack of the red pepper, through a full automatic process before sorting the red pepper by jetting the air from an air ejection unit and sucking the air through a suction port by operating a suction fan.
